Gorgeous home in the heart of beautiful Litchfield Park AZ! This spacious 2500sqft home is on a corner lot, with an extremely private, resort style backyard featuring a heated pebble-tec pool, large spa, gas fire pit, water feature, outdoor BBQ Kitchen, and poolside daybed! The large palm trees and spacious turf area deliver the peace and relaxation of a private resort. The home has 4 large bedrooms (King, King, Queen, Queen) 3 large bathrooms and will accommodate up to 8 comfortably. The spacious kitchen features granite countertops and a large breakfast bar that opens to the living room, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather for meals, drinks, movies, and games! Meals are easy here with double ovens, an electric cooktop, and all the appliances and utensils of a fully equipped kitchen. Several HDTVs, 2 large sofas, a formal dining room, as well as a private workspace also provide plenty of room to spread out when desired. The home was recently purchased by its new owner as a vacation home and all the furnishings and decor are brand new.

Litchfield Park is a beautiful community with tree lined streets, parks and walking paths, built around the renowned Wigwam Golf Resort featuring three 18 hole golf courses, a full service spa, and 3 restaurants. The quaint downtown of Litchfield Park also has several restaurants and the nearby city of Goodyear is home to all your favorite eateries, stores and entertainment venues, as well as 2 more golf clubs within a 5 minute drive. If you're planning to visit the West Valley of PHX you should plan on staying in here! We look forward to hosting you!

Wonderful Stay
This is in a great location, close to our job site the guys were able to enjoy the wonderful backyard after a long day in the hot sun. Definitely will stay again.

Awesome Stay
Really enjoyed this home. Good layout, beds are super comfortable, open kitchen and living room. Several grocery stores close by as well as a few nice golf courses. Early check in was accommodated, thank you. The backyard is beautiful. It was hot when we were there so never used hot tub but the pool was fantastic. Neighborhood is quiet. Would stay again

This is a great property in a nice location in AZ. The home was spacious, clean and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The heated pool and spa were an added bonus for our stay. Would highly recommend this home for your vacation.

The house was exactly as shown online. It’s beautiful and very spacious. It’s in a phenomenal location. We had an excellent family vacation here. Good for families with kids or without kids as well.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in very good condition with everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen items for cooking were well stocked and good quality as were the bed linens, bath and pool towels. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Had a great time down in Litchfield Park at this house. Perfect location, lots of eateries and lounges. House was exactly as advertised. I highly recommend, perfect for a golf group, family group, any group!

NASCAR Championship fun family getaway!
Not only did our driver win the Championship, but we felt like winners too in this beautiful home! The home is exactly like the pictures and the home was impressively clean! The backyard is lovely and was great for relaxing after a full day at the track. The surrounding neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly. We had a small issue with a garage door, but the host was quick to respond. We definitely recommend this home and will try to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Thanks for a lovely stay at the beautiful home in Litchfield Park! The home was lovely and worked perfectly for our family of 5 (two teenager and one age 12) for our time in Arizona for a baseball tournament! Will definitely consider staying in the future at this beautiful property!

Beautiful Home Perfect for a Family Getaway in AZ
The home is located in an area that was perfect for what we were looking for. There is easy access to freeways, grocery stores, and restaurants. The home was perfect. It was clean, check in/out was easy, everything worked, and the pool was in excellent shape. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again.

Wonderful Home & Outdoor Area
Beautiful home with a nice outdoor area. Very nice, peaceful neighborhood. Pool and spa were very nice. Cannot heat spa and pool at the same time- did not know that until we got our instructions. Some supplies at the house were minimal- and we had to purchase our own. Grill might need to be really cleaned or new burners as it was either very hot or not. Overall- was a great stay. Those few issues would not deter us from staying again.

Perfect private getaway
We have family in the Phoenix area so this home was perfectly in the middle of them for ease of visiting and access to attractions. The house is huge and has a lot of space to separate yourself if you prefer quiet spaces. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook including some spices so that was a huge plus! Kitchen and living area is one huge room so when the party was not outside, it was right there as we hung out on bar stools and couches. The outdoor area is fabulous! While the weather was cooler this time of year; however, we did enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. It is a very private yard and the neighborhood is quiet all the time. We only had one issue and I was able to text the host about a leaking toilet. They responded right away they would take care of it after we left the next day. It is a beautiful home, decorated well, and fully functional for a fun time while visiting family and friends. We were close enough to visit the White Tank Mountain trails and there are a million things to do in Litchfield Park or beyond. It was relaxing and exactly what we needed for a short getaway. Thank you for providing a beautiful place for people to enjoy! Highly recommend this rental.

Great Weekend Getaway
The home had a great layout and space to enjoy indoors and out. It does need some general maintenance; the BBQ wouldn't light without a lighter, the outdoor fridge didn't work, the kitchen faucet was very sticky, and they did not supply extra toilet paper so we had to go buy our own! We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space the most!
