The space
This home has been completely remodeled from end to end. Everything is new. Wood plank tile, white shaker cabinets, and granite counters are just a few of the upgrades you will find here. Both bathrooms have been updated with tiled showers and new fixtures. Multiple Tv\'s throughout home with premium cable and smart technology. Ping Pong table and Corn Hole for entertainment.

Guests have the entire home to themselves . There is no shared spaces.

House rules and Things to Know

NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! No loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated at all. Your welcome to have fun but please remember that the people around you are not on vacation and must be respected at all times.

Quiet hours are nightly at 10 PM and strictly enforced. No loud outdoor activity is allowed past this time.
No smoking. Any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine.

Booking party must be at least 25 years of age.

Pool heating can be requested at no cost from the months of October to April. 72 hour advance notice for heating of pool.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01

Overall, great house. Backyard was nice with the fire table. Too cold out to use the pool. Need to add coffee mugs to the kitchen. Otherwise, no complaints.

House smelled
As soon as you walk in it smells off. Not sure if smoke or what. I always bring Scentsy with me and that did nothing to help with smell. Lots of stains in house the front rug had a huge stain, towels in bathroom had stains. All in all it was missing so many little things to make you feel like it was clean. No extra paper towels just the half roll from arrival. I expected at least one extra roll. The pics show a red umbrella by the pool (it is the MAIN picture) we could not find any umbrellas for by the pool. The pool was main reason we booked. We did like the neighboorhood and location. That house needs fresh paint and something done about the smell. Most of the pool toys were broken. We were not impressed by the house at all. Thankfully we stayed busy to not have to be in the house with the smell. We were contstanting spraying a room spray to get smell out. Would not recommend based on smell and tons of stains

Great location and nice home
Great location. Good sleeping arrangements. The cigarette smell was really bad. We came home with luggage and clothes that smelled. Maybe I didn’t notice that it said it was a smoking location. I always assume non-smoking. When I asked he offered to send spray over. I believe it was in the ducts.

Nice place but had to communicate a lot with property mgmt. they were very responsive but we should not have had as many issues, in Scottsdale, for the price we paid. It is a nice house and was very convenient since family lives close, but disappointed in all the messaging we had to do with mgmt about issues.

Perfect location and great price
We were extremely happy with our stay here, I’m not sure why previous posts were complaining about cleanliness. The house was great and clean, typical west and tear from being a Vrbo but it was clean! The host was amazing- allowed us an early check in and when a storm blew in and the pool skimmer was broke he had one delivered to the house so we could skim the pool post storm. His responses were professional and quick. At this place you are a quick 8-10 min to old town Scottsdale and 15 min from everything else. Lots of room and a great stay, highly recommend!

Didn’t get to enjoy pool
We comformed twice that thr pool would be heated. Both times they responded yes, 85°. The pool was not turned on and never got above 77. Didn’t get to use and would not have booked this property. Corn hole boards are shot. Management responded quickly to refilling propane as it was empty upon arrival. Location was great. Outdoor area was nice and plenty of room.

The house was in quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to where we wanted. The pool was nice. The house needs to be cleaned better. Also, the paper goods were skimpy and propane bottles were not filled.

Good stay close to Scottsdale
We had a great stay at this place. Only thing that didn’t work was heating the pool but manager was on point with conversation and had a maintenance guy tried to fix it as slowly did heat over a period of three days but other than that great place to stay and central located.

Overall, it was good. Location was great, neighborhood was nice and quiet. I interior could have been cleaner; kitchen counters were not quite clean. Interior needs work. Hopefully they will add some paint and replace some rugs inside. If so, we'll stay their again.

Great location, and lots of room.
This was a great location, close to everything we wanted to go to. The house had plenty of room and the outdoor setting was where we spent most of our time at the house. Contacted the owner with questions and they were quick to respond and very courteous. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect oasis
I came ahead of a scheduled work trip for a few days of R&R. Yes, this property is large enough for a big family, but it was SPLENDID for just me. Amazing and large kitchen and I love to cook! Pool/outdoor area is spectacular. Beds are comfortable! Would love to rent again! Love that I get a garage to use! Property feels very secure - even for a female traveling alone. Clean, affordable weekend stay
We stayed here with 8 adults over a holiday weekend. The house was clean and appeared as pictured online. However, the listing promised a ping pong table which was not there. Most of the pool floats were not able to be fully inflated and the corn hole bags were in disrepair making it difficult to play. I would have still given this place 5 stars, except the coffee maker broke and we were promised a replacement which never came. Ubers were expensive and often required a long wait and there are limited options within a short walk, so a functional coffee maker is a basic necessity. Otherwise, we had a good stay and the property manager was typically responsive.

We had a great weekend away. We run into a slight issue but management took care of it quickly and we enjoyed the rest of our trip. We also didn’t leave until later on Monday and they let us have a late check out so we could leave our bags until our flight.

House was fine except for cigarette smell
House was decent, backyard was nice with the pool. Not sure if it’s an issue with the house ventilation or the party who stayed there before us but the house did smell constantly like cigarette smoke which made us uncomfortable. We texted and messaged Bart letting him know we were really uncomfortable with the smell, but he took a day to respond, and his solution was dropping off a bag of glade plug ins in a plastic bag at the front door. We wouldn’t stay here again.
