King Loft - Old Town Scottsdale w/ Parking

Enjoy this mid-century loft in Old Town Scottsdale! Stocked kitchen & W/D in unit. Sleep comfortably in a king bed upstairs in the loft.

Once you leave the front door, you'll be just a few blocks to all of the fun events and popular attractions that Old Town has to offer! Roll around by renting a scooter/bike. Popular hiking spot Camelback mountain is only 3.4 miles away!

The neighborhood is quiet yet vibrant. Super easy access to your loft including self check-in.

You’ll have an upstairs loft with a king-size bed, reading chair, and full bath attached.

You also have a private patio out the sliding door from the living room.
We provide a basic amenities, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1-2 rolls of paper towels and a bit of dish soap/detergent, shampoo, and conditioner. For longer stays you will want to purchase additional amenities.

There is a guest bathroom downstairs as well as your complete kitchen equipped with coffee, cookware, wine glasses, and other dishes to prepare your favorite meals.

Excellent location to walk to old town and through Scottsdale to get your steps in! Unit was clean and tidy. Corina was extremely responsive when we had questions! Overall would recommend as great value!

Good stay
Check in was easy and directions were all clear. Loft/apartment was clean besides the dirty comforter that i realized wasn't washed. (not the biggest deal cuz it was just a few stains from whoever stayed before). Bed was a little stiff but like I said, it could've been worse! I realized the loft sink was clogged, so i contacted vrbo and the host contacted me immediately and sent out a plumber. Space was a little outdated from the pictures which is normal and happens, but still wayyyyy better than staying in a hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it had all the amenities we needed and was so close to the places we wanted to visit in Old Town. Convenient washer and dryer and host provided enough detergent pods that we didn't have to go buy some.

Nice place for two
It was just my girlfriend and I in town for a couple of day. We were looking for places when we stumbled upon this one. When we arrived it looked exactly how it was shown in the pictures. The service and communication with the property manager was very helpful and had very timely responses. This is a great place and would stay here again, if needed, the next time we are in town!

Walk to old towne scottsdale
The loft was nice, pictures are accurate. Over all its a great value and walkable to old towne. The property managers answered all questions very quickly and were quite accommodating. I will say the rental itself is tired and needs some care. The ceiling tiles are warped and falling out, walls are scratched and dinged badly in lots of spots. The sinks do not drain properly. That being said i would 100% stay here again its a great value!

Could be five stars with a little attention
The Old Town location is an easy walk from many restaurants, museums, and shopping. While the apartment was mostly clean, a sink plug was missing and we dropped an ointment cap in the drain. Lighting above sinks could be brighter. The space seemed a little tired, needs some touch up painting and updating. But plenty of storage space and firm bed. No cable TV, only streaming which may present a problem for some.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay at the loft. It is a funky little spot. We could walk to old town Scottsdale and lots of great shops and restaurants. The place is a little dated and in need of a renovation but it was clean and quiet and had the basics of what you need.

Affordable and Good Location
This was a nice stay for the two of us. It was clean and the loft bedroom was unique and fun. More than adequate storage for our personal belongings. There were a couple of times we could hear traffic, probably because it is close to Goldwater Road, but overall it was quiet and restful. The king size bed was very comfortable. It does look a bit dated and could use some TLC. Would recommend upgrading and adding linens, towels, pillows, etc. Parking was convenient and location was ideal for access to Old Town.

Bring your shower shoes!
Great location. As other reviews said, tub was horrid, a slimy mat covered the disgusting tub. Half bath toilet hadn't been cleaned for a long time, we just avoided it! Host quickly responded to our request for hand and dish towels and wash cloths but the service only brought more bath towels and a bath mat. We just did dishes with a bath towel! King bed was super comfortable but the flat queen size sheet used as a bottom sheet wouldnt stay in place and they only had standard pillowcases for king pillows so the pillow stuck out the end by several inches. We just wrapped them in T-shirts. This place has so much potential if a few simple changes were made

Needs updating/basic repairs
Property needs to be updated . There are many small issues that have not been attended to for some time. We stayed during a cold spell in winter and could not turn the main fan off of high. The battery hadn’t been changed in some time so we had to go buy a battery so we could turn on the light and turn off the freezing fan. It is a clean property but looking around there are many water damaged spots with rotting wood and peeling paint on the cabinets. We couldn’t sit at the kitchen table for fear on breaking the chairs due to them missing bolts and being so loose.

Downtown Scottsdale
It is so close to downtown Scottsdale which was a big plus. The property was easier to find with the given instructions. The area seemed a tiny bit sketchy when we pulled in but the complex was quiet the whole stay. We really only slept in the condo, we didn’t really use the kitchen or living room but it was set up nice. The place is older and does have some things that could be updated but the decor was nice and we slept well! My two recommendations would be the tub in the bathroom needs replaced or refinished and the lighting at the vanity upstairs is very dim. I appreciate the host getting us in here this weekend to stay at a good price! We had a wonderful weekend in Scottsdale!

The location was great. Walking distance to everything. Communication with the owners was also great. They were fast to respond. Why I rated it an overall 4 star was because, the bathtub had not been cleaned, bathroom window did not work, microwave handle was broken, upstairs sink drain was slow and I had to clean it but it was still slow thereafter. The place can use updated on cabinets and appliances along with bathroom fixtures.

Damage Fraud
The property was fine. After my stay, the property owners claimed their cleaners found damage to the television. Although my mom and I never touched the TV while we were there, the property owner refused to share evidence directly with me. VRBO customer service did share photos of the broken TV support feet, but this damage was nowhere near the apprx. $300 cost I was charged, and the television was turned on and working in one of the photos. VRBO still has not resolved the claim dispute. I'm still seeking a refund.

Shabby Chic and Best Location Ever
The place is not “exquisite.” It is more shabby chic! The place is really suited for two people or a couple (king-size foam mattress bed ) up a flight of stairs with a full bathroom (tub needs to be replaced or glazed) but the fabulous water pressure and lots of hot water makes up for the tub. downstairs there is a small couch that a child or a smaller adult could sleep on. although there is only a toilet and sinks downstairs. The kitchen is very sufficient, tv streaming free and nice back patio but the sliding glass door is a bit of a bear. very quiet and NO SMOKING AT ALL even on the patio. overall it is a great place because of location, location, location. 5-minute walk to old town Scottsdale and all the best restaurants. and the price point for what you get is a good deal.
