This ranch set in the Campus Vista Historic District was built in 1941 and is currently owned by an architect and interior designer. There are multiple ways to soak up the sunshine here, with a putting green right in the enclosed backyard along with an elaborate outdoor kitchen. Switch up your cooking routine using the built-in gas grill, sink, and mini-fridge. Enjoy an alfresco meal at the picnic table, or there's another option on the front porch. Afterward, you can relax in the covered lounge area on a separate patio with an overhead fan for ultimate comfort. When you want to head out, the area's top cultural attractions are all within about two miles, including Encanto Park, Heard Museum, Phoenix Art Museum, The Japanese Friendship Garden Of Phoenix, Steele Indian School Park, and The Van Buren.

Inside, you'll enjoy the classic style and desert-chic decor. If you need to get any work done remotely, there's a desk and chair so you can focus. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
