This house is 2558 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 3 bath plus bonus room.
Live the inside/outside lifestyle with 12 ft telescoping doors to the outdoor entertaining from both Master and great room.
Listen & watch the water falling into the pool from your Master bed or shut the doors and shades to watch movies on the 85 inch great room TV or 75 inch master flatscreen.
After a day of hiking or sightseeing relax in the new therapeutic spa while watching a game on the 70 inch out door TV
If you need more room there’s a bonus TV room between the guest rooms.
One guest room with it’s own bathroom.
The pool, swim up bar and bbq area speaks for itself!
This house is located near Luke’s Air Force base, I-10 & 303.

Good time in Goodyear AZ
Ah a house well provisioned with a cheerful southwestern decor plus a spa and POOL. The weather certainly held for us Jan 26-Feb 10 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . At least two more couples could have savored the time with us for the house is that spacious.

Resort style stay in west Phoenix
This may have been the best VRBO property we've ever stayed at! The neighborhood looks fairly new and is conveniently located near the loop 303 freeway. The back yard is like being in your own private resort! We used the heated pool, hot tub and fire tables multiple times. The owner made sure all the fire tables and grills had plenty of propane with extra tanks in the garage. We didn't use the grills (yes, multiple grills!) but they were in great shape and would have supported anything you wanted to cook! They had lots of pool towels and even pool toys if you wanted! The house is beautiful on the inside and extremely well stocked for anything you would need. TVs were set up across the house and even on the patio by one of the fire tables. Bedrooms very comfortable and the master suite was amazing. The kitchen has everything you need including a double oven if you want to cook a feast for your group. The property manager was very responsive with any questions we had. Thanks for the outstanding stay!

Beautiful property and one of the most well stocked rentals we have stayed in. Close to everything and yet feels like you are far away from it, sitting in the backyard. Wonderful hosts!

House is beautiful, set up is perfect! Pool area is amazing, area is quiet, jets can be loud BUT WORTH the few seconds for fly over and not constant. Definitely will be back for our yearly stay.

Perfect Stay
What a wonderful house! The pictures don't do it justice. Extremely modern and very clean. Backyard pool area is fantastic. Pool came in handy during 110 degree summer heat! It was very refreshing and also pretty large. House was well equipped with everything we could have needed. Location is great. Close to restaurants and a short drive to Phoenix / Scottsdale. Also cool to be so close to the Air Force base to see the planes fly over every day. Master bedroom is huge and bed is really comfortable. One of the best rentals we have stayed at.

Beautiful Home!
This home was extremely clean and beautiful! It’s a very quiet neighborhood other than the jets from Luke AFB which we actually loved! We will definitely stay here again in the near future! I really can’t say enough about how extremely clean this home was! We loved our stay! The backyard is fantastic!

Cactus League Spring Training
We had a very relaxing stay. The house was immaculate and in a quiet neighborhood. We went to 4 baseball games in 3 different stadiums. We could see military planes taking off and landing at Luke Air Force base from the backyard pool. We hiked in the White Tank mountains and the Stairs at Verrado. We walked to Litchfield Park, twice. We visited the Litchfield Park Historical Museum, very interesting. We ate at the Wigwam and Park Cafe. A beautiful home in a beautiful place with so much to do!

Very nice place for a few days to relax
Great property and a nice layout for the house. Pool and jacuzzi were nice and maintained well. A few things to repair in the house, but overall a really nice property. Owners were responsive and attentive. Appreciate that many of the kitchen areas and light sources were labeled for ease of use to visitors. Surrounding area was quiet with decent shopping and entertainment not that far away. Will not hesitate to stay again when visiting Phoenix.

Fantastic stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay! The home was incredibly comfortable and the layout of the homes floor plan was miraculous! Very roomy living room, kitchen, dining area with the longest kitchen island we’ve ever seen! Every necessary cooking pots, pans, utensils, you name it! The hosts were 💯% attentive and our stay couldn’t have been any better! We will definitely return to this home for our future Phoenix visits! Thx so much!

Perfect vacation spot

This home is the perfect place to stay. Each person in the family had their own hang out section to go to when they were sick of hanging out with the whole family. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was FABULOUS! This was our second stay here and we are already talking about when we can go again!
