This portion of the city boasts some of Scottsdale’s best views of the gorgeous McDowell Mountains. With Old Town Scottsdale to the south, North Scottsdale will offer plenty of entertainment and dining options. A golfer’s paradise and a perfect place to spend Arizona’s sunny afternoons any time of year.

Excellent Customer Service
This property was as advertised. It was clean and well maintained and perfect for a family weekend. There was an initial issue with the pool heater that had been requested and the host was willing to bend over backwards to rectify the situation. He was easy to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the house. It was a great escape from the heat. The pool looked inviting, but withy the extreme heat outside, it was pretty hot.house was very spacious and everything was in good condition. We were out looking at the area before we relocate so it was very centrally located to the North Scottsdale area.

Comfortable and quiet
We had an enjoyable stay at this house. The covered patio was perfect to sit and relax no matter what time of day. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to walking paths. Host was promptly responsive when needed, which wasn't urgent. Location is great---easy access to 101, stores, restaurants. Will look at staying here again next extended visit to area.

Very nice property! Last minute choice for the Phoenix open and Superbowl weekend! Dual climate controls, big garage and driveway for plenty of parking if needed. Great overall setup for bigger hangouts!

Great spacious home
We rented this vrbo for my nephews wedding. It was a perfect size and perfect location. My son and his wife came in from Texas and my husband and I drove down from Prescott and my other son and girlfriend stayed as well. Plus our dog Layla. It was a great get a way and accommodated all of our needs. We loved the shuffle board table!! The only thing that bummed me out was that after we booked, I noticed the price had gone down for the month of December instead of it being $257/night it went down to $150/night and you had to stay a week. We booked Nov 30-Dec 3, we could have adjusted our dates and stayed a whole week for less than what we paid for 4 nights. I guess it's a tough decision should you plan ahead or wait to the last minute????? Next time I will wait longer to book because there were other houses available as well.

House is lovely but when we arrived kitchen, bathroom, floors and beds could have used a good clean. Josh, the property manager was very responsive and wanted to send over the cleaners but we just got settled and didn’t want a cleaning crew coming in. There weren’t any wash cloths, no big deal. Slight challenges, nice house.
