Our team of professional interior designers and decorators worked hard to ensure that this home is your ultimate desert escape: complete with modern green accents, upscale amenities, a glittering heated pool in the backyard, and all the comforts of home. Our newest luxury home is perfect for large groups of friends, family, or colleagues.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in the best location in Scottsdale to experience all the area has to offer. We are very close to Old Town Scottsdale (~10 minute drive), Camelback Mountain, Fashion Square, casinos, restaurants, bars, and more. For sports lovers, MLB Spring Training takes place ~15 minutes away from our home, and you will be very close to some of the greatest golf courses & spas in the world. Whether you are coming to Scottsdale to hike, shop, or explore, there is no better location to do it all.

All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Off-street parking is available. Uber/Lyft is a convenient option, too.

For the bike lover, rest easy knowing that Scottsdale is one of only 39 communities nationwide rated Gold level or higher by the League of American Bicyclists for its bicycle friendliness.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
