This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is loaded with all the amenities. Located on the 9th tee-box of the beautiful Superstition Springs Golf Course. Enjoy hardwood floors, luxurious bathrooms, white kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and upgraded kitchen. This condo has every amenity you need including soft water system. Sit on the balcony and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or take a walk around the lakes. The community pool is right across the parking lot and offers a heated jacuzzi. Park your car in your private 2 car garage plus there is plenty of additional parking for guests.
Master bedroom has a King Bed with mounted TV. The Master bath has waynes cotting throughout with double sinks and giant closet.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a mounted TV
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with a mounted TV
2nd bathroom has a single sink with waynes cotting and beautiful vanity sink
The family room has a 70 inch TV with sofa sleeper couch and comfy velvet chair. Condo has playing cards and games for nights of fun.
This unit has internal stairs right off the garage.

It gets no better than this really
We had a wonderful month long stay. The pool was even heated (not common in January) and loved the hot tub. The host was so responsive, very professional, clearly knows how to "it all works-" from the excellent communication to all the little details provided for our stay. It was wonderful. We had a few weekends with guests and they all enjoyed it, too (except the weather sometimes, but that's not her jurisdiction). We tried to book again for next year, but it was already booked, of course. She is a 6 out of 5 star host for sure! We can't recommend it enough

Really enjoyed our stay in Mesa. Condo was in a great location. Few minutes to the freeway, which meant easy access to all areas of Phoenix. Short drive to Usery Park which has lots of hiking, archery and shooting range. Renovations in the condo are very nice, located close to the pool. Would stay again.

Superstition getaway
Overall visit was very good, just a couple of things that need updating. The online form showed 11AM checkout but everything else showed 10AM. I received 2 different WiFi logins but neither worked and the pool documentation says pool is open 24 hours with quiet time from 10PM - 6AM, the pool is actually closed during that time period. It is a great location, easy to get to anything/anywhere a person would want to visit!

Lovely property!
Everything about this experience was ideal--wonderful location, clean and well-maintained property, easy communication with owner. Location is close to stores, gas stations, and plenty of restaurants. Loved being so close to the pool, and having access to a garage was a bonus! Everyone in the complex was incredibly friendly. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Vacation
We stayed 2 months at this property and couldn’t be happier. Steph is proactive and easy to work with. The property is located ideally with easy access to restaurants, shopping and several recreational areas. The condo was clean and well appointed. Everyone we met in the complex were very friendly. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

Perfectly located, spacious condo. Nicely updated and extras like a 2 car garage, huge TV to watch the game, washer/dryer, beds n bedding were really comfortable. Condo was really clean as was the pool/hot tub. Even the neighbors were really nice! A+++

Superstition Springs
Such nice people, very friendly and willing to help in any way! If we go back to AZ I will stay at one of their places again. The grounds were beautiful and made for peaceful walks every day. Very convenient as we were so close to everything that we wanted to see and attend. They even treated us to a show! We felt safe, slept good and had a wonderful stay!

Great Rental - Would love to return
Rental was very clean and we appreciated all of the supplies that were included. This is a great location and easy access to hiway 60 meant everything in Mesa, Chandler and Tempe were an easy drive away. Having a garage was great on the few days it rained and the entire complex was very clean and peaceful. We enjoyed the walking trails along the ponds as well. David and Stephanie were very easy to communicate with and very responsive to our questions.

Beautiful Condo
We really enjoyed this beautiful condo! It is so bright and inviting with the windows, high ceilings and all the decor! The beds were very comfortable, the towels plush and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location to the pool and walking paths was a bonus and it was also convenient to so many places in Arizona. Steph went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable!

Dynamite Condo
The property was lovely, roomy, and well designed. The furniture/bedding was modern and comfy. It was close to the highway and not far from Phoenix-area attractions. In other words, we had nothing to complain about and much to rave about! Kudos to the owners for providing such a clean place, for making sure we had all the remotes we needed, and for furnishing it so well. Excellent communication and easy access instructions. Great Condo
We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was very clean and well stocked. They had games for the kids, which they loved. It's a great location, close to the freeway, mall and movie theater. This condo and community is breathtaking.
We just spent 3 amazing weeks at David and Steph’s beautiful condo. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the perfect location. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. I want to buy one now just like them. The location is perfect for walking, shopping, eating out and is an easy drive to amazing attractions. Steph was so accommodating and only a phone call away. We will definitely be returning for more visits. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. I wish there was an option for 10 stars.

Beautiful!
This condo felt like it was brand new with everything we needed with a few extras. It was on the end so we had lovely views from every window. The resort community is well maintained and beautiful as well. We had all of our questions answered promptly by Stephanie. Our only wish was to be able to stay longer.

Couldn’t be more pleased!
By way of background, we have rented many places via VRBO, and I can honestly say this was the best rental we stayed at. Why? Well everything was just perfect. From the ease of setting up the rental to the super easy check in procedures, it was all very smooth. The actual condo is all that is listed and more. It had EVERYTHING we needed, was extremely clean and well kept, and every amenity was thought of. All the beds are as comfortable or more so than the beds we have at home. The beddings are luxurious and the towels are super soft. Every little detail has been accounted for and this condo feels as close to home as we could expect. Having nothing to worry about on the living front, we were able to focus our full attention to our weeklong spring break in Mesa. Will definitely rent again where we come back.

Newly remodeled
We enjoyed our stay in this 3 bed 2 bath 2nd floor in unit Mesa. It is located in a gated complex and the unit was recently refurbished. Our unit was away from the street noise. All the bedding was new and comfortable, great linens. The owner was very helpful in making recommendations and even offered to stock our fridge with a few items since we would not arrive until after 8:00pm. Many restaurants within walking distance. 2 car garage. 20-30 minutes drive to Sloan Park and hiking trails. Very pleased and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Stephanie for the enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Place to Stay
This condo was amazing. It was immaculate from the time you drove into the garage then went up the stairs to the second floor unit. Everything was so beautifully decorated & clean. We have rented from VRBO almost every year since my daughter was 3 or 4. She is 15 now & she said this was the best condo yet! The bathrooms were amazing and the beds were extremely comfortable (including the pull out sofa). The property itself is beautiful also. I went out & walked around the little lakes every morning. The ducks & geese were very entertaining. The condo is so close to Highway 60 which took us almost everywhere we enjoyed going including the Renaissance Festival, Mesa Market Place Swap Meet, Lost Dutchman State Park, Canyon Lake and Goldfield Ghost Town. The Superstition Springs Center Mall is very close and we did all of our grocery shopping at a nearby Fry's. Old Town Scottsdale was just a short 30 minute drive as well. Also if you are visiting be sure & go to Organ Stop Pizza! Stephanie was great to work with. We mostly communicated via text messaging which was nice & easy. The condo is in a very safe/gated neighborhood and the pool is right outside the garage. The washer & dryer were a nice bonus and we enjoyed having a TV in each of the three bedrooms (as well as the giant one in the living room). We would highly recommend this condo if you are staying in Mesa!

Beautiful condo in a great location
This was one of my first times using VRBO, but it was a great experience! The condo was clean, newly remodeled, and had everything that you might need. We were close to walking trails, restaurants, shopping, and a short drive from many tourist attractions. The owners were quick to respond with suggestions of things to do, or if there was something that we needed help with. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area! The only thing that might need mentioned is that it is upstairs so if you have trouble walking stairs, you would need to look for somewhere different.
