Our One Bedroom / One Bath Listing have a Master Bedroom with the option to have 1 king bed or 2 twin beds. There is also a queen air bed with extra bedding if needed. The living room has a sofa and a recliner. The dining table seats 4 and the outdoor patio table seats 4.

Our Two Bedroom / Two Bath Listing have a Master Bedroom and a 2nd Bedroom. Both bedrooms have the option to have 1 king bed or 2 twin beds. Scottsdale fun!
This is a great place to explore Scottsdale from. Close to desert hiking, desert golf, Taliesen West, and within driving distance to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Property managers were super responsive to any issues. We had a great vacation.

Family spring break trip
We met my parents and sister here for a fun week during my son’s spring break from junior high. We had a great time. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay very much. I didn’t know we needed to go up stairs to access the condo so make sure everyone in your group is fine with that. Great location with easy access to lots of good restaurants, shopping, parks, etc.

the gates were a bit tempermental would have preferred if the reservation explicitly mentioned that there are over 30 buildings as we focused on the number for the townhouse and struggled for a while it would be nice if somebody answered the phone in off hours the condo was fine, well stocked, clean and worked out well for our golf outing.

Overall very nice. See below for a few of the usual maintenance issues that have been communicated.
Master Bath shower drains very slowly, leaving you standing in ankle deep water through your shower. The main TV installation is very poor foe group viewing. A full motion wall mount would be an easy and inexpensive solution.

Great stay!
Rented this place with a group of friends and it was exactly as described. The host was very communicative about the checkin and checkout process and answered any questions that came up as I had them. The kitchen was great for cooking in and the balcony was lovely for outdoor hanging out. Thank you!!! I will return next time I’m in the area.

We had a great time staying at this condo it is right off the departure end of the airport you get to watch jet takeoff all day long Only issue was neighbor below us complain frequently about our noise we have a 2 1/2 year-old.
