Welcome to your home away from home in the wonderful Tangerine Terrace community of Mesa, Arizona! Sunny, bright, and fantastic for entertaining, this wonderful, ground-floor getaway boasts a sparkling, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and two open and distinct living and dining areas with tables, chairs, comfortable sofas, and a large, TV for streaming your favorite movies and shows. Step out into the enclosed yard and discover a fun-filled space with a host of activities for all ages. Swim in your refreshing pool (unheated), practice on your very own putting green, or fire up the gas grill for the perfect family cookout!

This unbeatable vacation rental offers guests a great location just four miles from the heart of downtown Mesa. If you're a sports enthusiast, especially baseball, Mesa comes alive in the spring, when the Chicago Cubs train at Sloan Park, located seven miles west. Mesa is also widely known for its excellent golf courses, including the Alta Mesa Golf Club and the Longbow Golf Club. And though the city is in the middle of the desert, there’s no shortage of water activities including kayaking on the Salt River, or chartering a boat tour on Saguaro Lake, 24 miles northeast.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great spot to stay for a quick trip
We had a great experience here. Everything was very clean, the pool was clean, the air conditioning worked very well. Plenty of bedding and easy to find extra garbage bags, etc. Clearly marked remotes for TVs and fans, all easy to use. If you are planning on cooking at the house you might need to bring more pots, pans and serving spoons, but if you aren’t cooking there you should have all you need!

Great getaway for all these grandmas!
The home was clean, well maintained and stocked with necessities (laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags). Two minor issues came up and were addressed quickly. Four-day celebration for 88th birthday of our twin moms. Seven grandmas in one family... Such a joyful reunion within the comfort of a "home". We used the pool, yard games and enjoyed the back patio all day and night. Weather in May was beautiful! Will definitely return for another reunion.

Nice home and location
The home was very nice. We enjoyed our time there. The location was good. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. We are from Colorado so there's not a swimming pool in our backyard.

IT HAS BED BUGS
This place was infested with bed bugs. My 19 yo daughter got eaten alive. They wouldn't move us because we could infest another place. I only got a $600 refund. The place needs a serious deep clean, besides the bugs.

pictures don’t do it justice, very beautiful, although if they’re going to have a ping pong table in the garage they could lean in to making it a little more comfortable to hang out in there with some chairs or something

Great blue house!
House was beautiful and bigger than it looks in pictures. The backyard is clean beautiful and has great space for games. Unfortunately, the house was pretty chilly and they had no couch blankets. Lol then it got too hot! We couldn’t adjust the thermostat so that was a bummer. We just adjusted a little with different clothing and started the ceiling fans which was great to have! The biggest bummer was the fact that my kiddos picked this house for the yard games displayed on the photos ( ping pong table and connect four) but the ping pong table was warped beyond repair in the garage and there was no connect four except the chips in a dirty toy box with garbage in it. I tried to clean out the garbage out of the toy/pool box as best as I could but I didn’t want to throw anything out on accident. Long review but we really loved the house. It was in a great neighborhood and my family was pretty comfortable in it. I would suggest to upgrade the master bedroom mattress… it was stiff and just a queen… but some people might like that :). Thank you for such a beautiful fun home!!!

Great home but not as advertised
We chose this home due to the many activities on site for kids. Corn hole, ping pong, oversized Connect 4, basketball hoop in the pool and putting green. Unfortunately, there was no corn hole, ping pong or connect 4 so our two teen boys were a little bored. They're not golfers and the weather was unseasonably cool so the unheated pool was way too cold to go swimming in. There also wasn't a ball to play basketball. There were inflatable tubes but most were popped so unusable. The beds were nice, it was well stocked with dishes to eat and cook with. The outdoor TV was cool. The neighborhood was very nice with some beautiful homes. About a 15 minute walk to the nearest gas station and grocery store but really need to drive to get to a restaurant or any big box store. About a 30 minute drive. We arrived in town 4 hours before check-in and we emailed to ask if we could drop off our bags in the backyard or leave them in the garage and were told we couldn't so we had to lug them around while we killed time before check in. There was plenty of room around the side of the house and the two car garage was empty. Overall, it's a nice home and we'd stay there again without the kids or bring floaties and pool toys and go when the weather is hot.

Our family of four stayed here May 2022 for a weeklong getaway. The photos accurately portray the property and is located in an older, quite, nicer neighborhood. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with how nice, clean, and updated the house is. Not long later we found that the bottoms of our feet were black from the 'clean' floor. After settling in, we discovered the master bathroom's shower backs up over your ankles as you shower. Ew. We contacted Vacasa and they told us they would take care of it as soon as possible. We heard nothing. Called again, told the same thing. Again, we heard nothing. We quit at this point and all used the one bathroom for the rest of our trip. The backyard and pool are the BEST part of this property. The pool is deep, has a hoop and it's HUGE. There are 4 lounge chairs and an eating table next to a putting green that we used A LOT. There are some pool games/ping pong table but unfortunately, a lot are very sun-damaged and broken. If you stay here, you'll need a few things: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, and detergent. You won't need: hairdryer, beach towels, spices, cooking oils, and dish soap. We really enjoyed our stay and it's a possibility that we would stay again.

Perfect House!
We had a great time, the house was perfect for our family, very clean, quiet neighborhood, fun activities in the back yard! The water was too cold to use the pool (mid-March, so no surprise there), it would be perfect for summer though. Overall, excellent and clean house!

This home had everything we needed! It was fresh, clean and simply appointed. The backyard was an amazing retreat with a great pool, ping pong table, putting green and other yard games. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we booked it again for next year :-)

Perfect girls trip getaway!
This house was perfect for our girls weekend. It was clean and modern—looked just like the pictures. We spent most of our time by the pool and out on the patio. The only bummer was that we couldn't find any supplies for the outdoor games (ping pong balls/paddles, ladder golf strings). We'd definitely stay there again!
