Upscale home with private heated pool and amazing patio

Located in a quiet, gated community inside the scenic Red Mountain Ranch, this private home has just about everything you'll need for an enjoyable getaway. The private heated pool was just refinished with new PebbleTech coating and bright blue tile trim. The large patio was also just remodeled with travertine tile and a new granite countertop for the outdoor bar and kitchen area making the outdoor living space even more beautiful. There's a patio TV, an outdoor kitchen and grill, pool lounge chairs, and a conversational seating group to enjoy the gas fire pit in the evenings. The home is full of upscale amenities with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a den/office featuring a big-screen TV, pullout couch, and a large built-in granite desk. All of the essentials are there including new kitchen pots, pans, and dishes. Big screen TVs are located in the living room, den, master, and the 2nd bedroom, plus a smaller TV on the patio. The beds are comfortable as are all of the furnishings throughout. It's a great place to relax and enjoy all that the Mesa, Phoenix area has to offer.

Family getaway
Home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Outdoor space was perfect with pool, outdoor grilling and covered sitting area. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. We would definitely come back to this property.

Amazing Stay in AZ
We loved our stay in Mesa! The house was clean, spacious and the owners left a detailed book with great suggestions for adventures, activities and food. We enjoyed trying them. It was fun relaxing by the clean pool and one of my favorite views was the cactus in the front. The neighborhood felt safe and great for walks/runs. We can’t wait to come back to Mesa, AZ!

Only issue was that there was dog hair on the couch in living room and on outside furniture. That should have been cleaned, but other than that the house was very clean and in good order.

erholsame Zeit in der Red Mountain Ranch
Wir haben als Paar eine erholsame lange Woche in der Red Mountain Ranch verbracht. Das Objekt ist exakt wie in der Beschreibung, bzw. besser. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Check-in-Vorgang und Check-out-Vorgang waren sehr gut. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Ab und zu ist ein Sportflugzeug zu hören, ansonsten kann man wunderbar ausspannen. Das Objekt ist innen und außen in allen Bereichen sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Betten sind super. Die Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche ist perfekt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Es gibt zahlreiche TV, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool und im Außenbereich verbracht. Weitere Sonnenschirme im Bereich der Außensitzecke, bzw. am Grill wären perfekt gewesen. Vielen Dank an die Besitzer. Die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Buchungsprozesses und Aufenthalts super. Dieses Objekt ist absolut eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung.

Wonderful Girls Trip
This was the perfect place for our girlfriend reunion. The house was lovely and the area was quiet except for the small planes flying overhead. There were grocery stores and restaurants close by. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. We practically lived in the pool which was kept very clean because of the pool vacuum which was in 24/7. A few suggestions: We wanted to swim laps but had to dodge the vacuum so we removed it. Unfortunately we couldn’t get it reconnected. Steve was gracious about it but maybe a note should be added to the notebook regarding not unplugging it. The house could’ve been a little cleaner: cobwebs inside the lamps and baseboards wiped down, showers a bit cleaner.

Great getaway golf weekend!
This property was perfect for a golf weekend away. The pictures don't do the property justice and the pool and outdoor cooking area was amazing. Check-in process was easy and there were lots of great recommendations in the guest book for the area. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway
Very clean and comfortable stay. Great location and the pool was awesome. The only recommendations we have are curtains in the master bedroom to block out the sun in the morning and air freshener in the bathrooms. Other than that, this was perfect for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary and would definitely stay again.

Due to flight changes we didn’t arrive at the property until 1am. Thank Goodness for the great directions, Gate codes etc.. The area is very quiet and being gated, very secure. Nice Stay.

Amazing!!!
My sister and two of our besties stayed here for our annual Arizona Girls’ Trip. The home is absolutely beautiful and more than we could have imagined. It was stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and area out back as well. We had activities planned a couple of days and found it really hard to motivate ourselves to leave the house because we enjoyed it so much. It is such a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Steve was wonderful and was very prompt with getting back to me with a few questions that we had. We have already rebooked for next year! Thank you, Steve, for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We had a fabulous stay at this home in Red Mountain Ranch. The location was perfect! Within a lovely neighborhood, but steps away from the mountains, beautiful scenery, and trails. The house was clean and full of all of the essentials. The pool and patio was was the best! We hope to be back!

Highly recommend! Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood in Red Mountain. Gated community. Exceptional pool area with outdoor kitchen, fire pit and multiple seating areas. Kitchen is updated and very well equipped. Two bedrooms with king size beds, both very comfortable. Master has large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Loved the walk in closet! Full size washer and dryer. Nice living room and dining area. Would be perfect for couples or small families. There is an office with sofa and crib. Photos on VRBO are a good representation of what to expect. Close to several grocery stores, nice restaurants and other shopping. Great communication with the owners.

We loved the house So nice and clean and roomie Love the tvs in every room and out by the pool!! Also loved kitchen accessories 😀 stove and over worked beautifully The all house fan made it so comfortable temperature wise! One afternoon we had friends over to swim for a few hours (so fun) and we used the great bbq area outside (super clean as well) So yay we loved our stay Only thing I would have liked is the pool a bit warmer
