I Rarely leave reviews like this, but people deserve to know what they may be walking into.
The bathroom in the first room we were given was disgusting and clearly poorly maintained. There were visible mold/mildew stains around the shower, severe cracking and water damage in the walls, and overall the bathroom looked unsanitary. The linens and towels also appeared dirty, which immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room.
When we reported it, the attendant was actually very helpful and tried to accommodate us. She showed us three additional rooms, but two of those rooms also had moldy showers and similar maintenance issues.
Eventually she placed us in a room on the second floor, which unfortunately had a very strong humid/musty smell throughout the room. At that point we accepted it because we simply couldn’t keep moving rooms, especially since I am disabled and suffer from severe back problems, and going from room to room carrying belongings was extremely difficult.
I specifically asked the attendant to notify management that I was very upset with the conditions. I even waited before leaving this review to give the manager the opportunity to reach out and address the issue, but no one ever contacted me.
The condition of the rooms we were shown and the lack of follow-up from management show a serious lack of maintenance and concern for guests.
I am posting the photos so people can see the condition for themselves.
