Within half a block, you can walk and bike along the canal and trails, and even visit the famous historical Papago Park and Hole in the Rock. Phoenix Zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden are also blocks away for additional fun. Golfers will adore the home's distance from some of the best golf courses in the country! These include Grey Hawk Golf Club (four miles), Phoenician Golf Club (three-and-a-half miles), Camelback Golf Club (seven miles), and TPC Scottsdale Champions Course (15 miles).

Fun in the sun doesn't have to be found far from your stay though because right outside the backdoor of the home, you'll discover a private oasis. Take a splash in the private, heated pool with provided pool toys, or settle into one of the various chairs, shaded by umbrellas, and simply enjoy the day. You can also dine alfresco with a dining area/covered patio with misting systems and fans. The lounge area with the outdoor firepit will be beckoning you come evening. When you need a break from the sun, head inside the updated interior of your stay where you'll be pleased to discover comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and warm wood finishes. The open-concept living room enhances family time. There are two smart TVs with streaming through guest accounts, and high-speed WiFi for additional entertainment. The chef of your group will have no issues utilizing the stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and wine fridge in the full kitchen to whip up mealtime masterpieces. The convenience extends into the home's separate laundry room equipped with an iron and steamer. The designated office space features two monitors, a web camera, printer, and office supplies. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
