Central location with lots of amenities! This cute cozy home is great for family and friends with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and even a high chair and pack 'n play. Enjoy the pool, BBQ and fire pit in the backyard. Then come inside to play some foosball, board games, stream shows and movies on two Roku TVs and use all your devices with Wi-Fi speeds up to 940 Mbps. Close to Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix airport, ASU, Spring Training, Tempe Town Lake, Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo, and many restaurants and shops.

Please note that there are 4 video/audio security cameras recording the front yard of the property. There is also a non-recording noise monitoring device installed on the property.

Please note: Per manufacturer, the top bunk weight capacity is 250 lb and the bottom bunk weight capacity is 350 lb. Queen tri-fold memory foam floor mattress stored in master closet for use in the living room.

No large parties! Small gatherings allowed only upon host pre-approval. (Must agree to additional rules and may incur additional fees.) Please inform host if you plan to have any daytime visitors. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

Pool is not heated. The pool water feature (waterfall) does not work and is not for climbing. Pool depth starts around 4 feet and goes to around 8 feet deep. Please note: Pool maintenance comes by, through the side gate, every Monday morning for maintenance.

Landscaping maintenance comes by, through the side gate, every first Wednesday of the month for maintenance.

Charcoal is not provided for the BBQ. Please clean after use for next guests.

Feel free to pick from citrus trees in the front and back yard if they are in season!

This home was a perfect fit for our family's quick trip to Tempe for a swim meet at ASU. Very convenient to the pool and the house had everything we needed. We loved the game room. The house was comfortable and well laid out for a family. Tracy was super easy to communicate with. Very pleased. We would stay again.

ASU School Tour and Game Weekend
This house is so cute! It’s older but has been updated and has a great use of space. Easy drive to Scottsdale for shopping, Convenient drive or Uber Drive to ASU Campus and the football stadium. Excellent communication with the homeowners. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with dishes, pots/pans and everything we needed. Game room was so cute and there was plenty of seating both inside and out. Backyard lighting was so nice! Only cons: Walls are fairly thin and pipes are noisy when flushing the hall toilet. Couch is a bit small for sleeping (not a pull out bed)..would be nice to have an air mattress to accommodate the teens.in the living room. A few more blankets would be great. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Needs some maintenance but otherwise ok
Lovely house but with some nagging maintenance issues in several areas. The neighborhood was just ok. There were police on the street responding to calls nearly every night we were there. The pool was great, the host was a great communicator. The property should be better maintained and not just when guests complain. The plumbing needed to be unclogged- the sinks and tubs would not drain when we arrived. Although the host sent out a plumber, it would have been better if everything worked the way it was supposed to at the outset. The property just needs a little TLC.

Great bargain house
We had a group of friends that came down for a weekend trip. Location was convenient and near the airport. Pool was nice and clean!! Only complaints would be the spare mattress needs to be replaced and the legs on the corn hole board was broken.

My family and I had a great stay at the Papago Hideaway! I was able to get a hold of the host with any problem and they worked it out in a very timely manner. The host was very nice and easy to work with. We stayed for two weeks and the property was well keept those weeks that we stayed.

Almost a polished diamond
This property is right on the edge of a diamond. The location, pool, driveway, and backyard are just a step shy of 5 star rating. We enjoyed our stay here, but a little refinement and this property would be great.

Amazing stay!!
We had a wonderful time in Arizona. Location and neighborhood were great. The kids had a lot of fun swimming and playing games. Very comfortable home with amazing amenities as well as wonderful hosts. Check in/out and communication was a breeze! We would love to stay here again in the future!!

There’s nothing on this property to really get you excited. It’s just an average house in an okay neighborhood. Definitely not a “modern” house as posted in the listing. The game room has potential, but all the games are messed up. The pool needed a serious cleaning. No big complaints. But again, no big wow moments either.

Perfect friends trip
This home was a perfect setup for our group of friends. The outdoor area was great and there is tons of seating to sit and relax and have everyone in the same area. The pool was very nice and the provided games were a nice variety. Tons to do for everyone and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable for 2 couples and other friends. Great stay and I highly recommend to anyone looking to book.

Perfect Phoenix getaway
