Unwind in the serene backyard with your private heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor living space. Enjoy the large dinning area for family dinner and game night. Or relax on the sofa for movie night. There is space for everyone in this large home.

Heated Pool: Please note that while spa heating is included in every reservation, pool heating up to 86 degrees is available for $60/day or $420/wk (October - May). We cannot guarantee 86 degree water when night-time temps fall below 50 degrees. Definitely let us know if you want to enjoy a heated swimming pool during your visit!

Had a great week in Scottsdale! House was great, and near awesome park for walking. Close to many attractions and shopping. Grocery was close, too! Enjoyed the very warm weather and sunshine! Will definitely consider staying here again!

close to everything
We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. Our host, Brad, was VERY responsive every time we had a question or request. One of the best we've had:-) The property was great, bed was super comfy, pool had everything we needed and so did the kitchen. It was close to every place we went and the neighborhood was very quiet. We loved the online info packet with suggestions on places to eat or visit. We'd love to stay here again if we get back to Scottsdale.

Lovely pool and great location.
1. Our communication with the host was very good. He welcomed us and always responded promptly to any question. 2. Check in as super easy. 3. The home was well appointed and very clean. Great kitchen for cooking and a nice family size table 4. We so enjoyed the pool and the back porch area The pool was very clean and very nice. 5. The location is great. Close to shopping for Groceries and shopping centers. 6. The TVs worked great and had many options. We would stay here again for sure. So homy and comfortable.

Excellent experience with only a couple of small exceptions. Biggest was TV. That was a real problem and decidedly ikky. Everything else was as advertised and we found it to be enjoyable. Great Host. Great Location.

Review: Scottsdale, AZ Vacation Rental
We had an incredible stay at this vacation rental in Scottsdale, AZ. The place was immaculately clean and all the beds were extremely comfortable. There was plenty of room, storage, and even garage use. They provided bikes and all swimming/pool accessories, including a Bluetooth radio. The location was fantastic—close to everything! Restaurants, amusement places, movie theaters, and shopping centers were all within 6-15 minutes from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and the pool was amazing—clean and with very warm water. Although we didn't use the hot tub due to the hot July weather, it looked very nice. The house decor is impeccable and the showers were spacious with modern finishes. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Scottsdale truly enjoyable.

Great House
House was just like in the description. Clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Loved the location and quietness of the neighborhood. Pool and outside was great, plenty of chairs and recliners. Would stay there again.

Brad's house was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. There was a lot of comfortable seating, including in the shade. The house was clean and comfortable. Brad was very communicative and helpful. The house was very close to everything. I would highly recommend.

Amazing stay
This property was even better than the description. Everything was clean and well appointed. Host checked in via email several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Check in and check out was super easy and the hose was amazing to accommodate our early check in request due to a very early flight. Our stay was very pleasant despite being in town for a not so pleasant situation. The only issue we had and it wasn’t a huge deal was the chemicals in the hot tub were so strong our lungs were burning and we were coughing and had to get out immediately. The house is in a very quiet private cul-de-sac. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great home. Extremely clean inside & out. The pool was crystal clear & quite large. It was well stocked. I stay in Scottsdale every year for a week & now that I found this gem, will only stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Paradise in Scottsdale
We wanted to check out Scottsdale, as we have heard so many good things, and we found Brad's rental. It all was PERFECT! The king suite was perfect for the grandparents. The other side of the house was exactly perfect for my boys in one room, and my husband and I in the other. Great mattress, sheets and towels! The kitchen has everything you need (FYI - the meat thermometer uses kinetic energy!). The pool? A dream! We had morning coffee on the outdoor couch, smelling the orange tree, and lunch at the outside table. The BBQ allowed us several fun dinners, and when we used all of the propane, one quick message to Brad, and he pointed us to where the spare was located. We felt like we were staying at a family's place, rather than a rental. WHEN we go back to Scottsdale, I'm hoping this house is where we can stay.

Spring break in Scottsdale
House was very nice and beds were comfortable! Location of the house was perfect for all types of activities in Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Brad was amazing to work with and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. He was so helpful with suggestions on dining and activities. My whole family loved the pool and were thankful we could get it heated. Only minor drawbacks were hot tub was way too chlorinated to really enjoy and one of the bedroom doors didn’t close properly. But overall a great stay and nice house. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience - nice location, safe neighborhood - this property had a great outdoor pool area and well stocked kitchen, laundry and extra towels were really nice. Owner very responsive. Would recommend!
