Nice place in a central location.
Landing in a strange town at night is not ideal and that’s how my trip began. When my GPS took me to the apartment complex I thought I was lost. So at 9:30 PM I called Ryan. Who thankfully answered. He helped me find my parking spot and the apartment. It’s a nice place with everything you could need. It was too cold to swim but there’s a nice pool in the small courtyard. This place is close to everything which is awesome. We went to the zoo, the botanical gardens, frontier land. Tonto park. Nothing was further than 40 min. Old Scottsdale’s a short walk. I thought it was odd that shops closed early. Like 5:00! So go early. Olive and Fig restaurant- yum!

Great location!
Within walking distance to so many interesting and fun spots in old town Scottsdale. Ryan was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of our questions!We highly recommend the coffee shop Grounds on Second, and Alo Café, both very close.

Fantastic location, fantastic stay!
My best friend and I met up for a long weekend and had the best stay at this wonderful property! First of all, the location is perfect. It’s a 5 minute walk to all the shopping and art and restaurants of Old Town, while also being tucked away on a quiet street. The condo was very up to date and stylish and very clean. The beds were super comfortable as were the pillows. We loved all the extras in the kitchen. It was nice to have shampoo, etc in the shower (which isn’t always provided). Directly across the street was a little coffee/cocktail/sandwich shop that was delicious and handy. And the Valley Ho spa was an easy 5 minute walk. Without question, we will try to stay here again on a future visit!

Lipstick on a pig...
It appears nicely decorated but it's lipstick on a pig. Definitely stay here if you want fleas, mite, or bed bugs!!

A Great Gem!
Wonderful communication with Ryan! This condo is truly a gem! Quiet complex and community, and definitely close to shopping, places to eat! Convenient to the highway to get to everywhere! My only issue was the map programs were not always 100% timely at night and we ended up going around the block! Ha ha We will definitely stay again when wr come back to Phoenix/Scottsdale. Thank you again!

NIce Scottsville Trip
Our quick trip between the holidays to Scottsville was spent in Ryan's rental unit. The Kitchen had all the essential items, the living area was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. One of the best things was the location. It was close to the airport and there was easy access to great hiking, high end Scottsdale art galleries, and great shops and restaraunts in Old Scottsdale were within walking distance.

Thanksgiving getaway
Came down with wife and daughter to enjoy some nice weather and get away from the cold and wet Northwest. Was a great trip with warm sunny weather. The location was perfect for getting out to walk along the canal and go to some great shops and places to eat. The location was great to go to ASU game and not too far from airport as well. Only issue was figuring out the laundry app, but not a show stopper and not any fault of our host. Hope to use this location again. Thank you for a very nice

Walking distance to everything. Great property!
I went on a solo trip and knew I wouldn’t have a car. This was the perfect place for that. Cute little cafe across the street and 5 min walk to Starbucks. Tons of restaurants within a 10 min walk. I had groceries delivered. Really nice condo with everything you would need. Ryan was great and very helpful. I had a bit of trouble finding the place because I got there at night but once I got my bearings, no problem. Parking was right outside of I did have a car.

Lovely abode in Old Town Scottsdale
We loved our stay at this property. Close to everything in Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square. Walking distance to all. Shops, museums, restaurants. Amazing coffee shop right across the street. Pool on property and covered parking were nice adds.

A clean and cute little space!
I came in for a conference at the Valley Ho hotel and wanted more than just a hotel room. It was only a 5 minute walk to the hotel and to downtown, so perfect. It was super clean and comfortable. The shower dripped a little slow but everything else was great!

Very Homey and great locale
Loved the inside of the rental and location. When we first pulled up I was a little taken back by the exterior and pool but inside is amazing and the location is perfect. I wasn’t clear if I had to park on 2nd or in a space around back that I assumed the numbers were the unit. Well 9 was always taken and I parked in someone’s spot and had a note on my car. The bedrooms don’t get cool like the main living and kitchen. I had fan on and the space cooler and it was hot to sleep at night.

Fantastic location and property
This property was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location, amenities, and Ryan let us check in early which was very helpful. Coming to az again in August and if I didn’t already book another property, I’d stay here again. Oh and great and easy place to park too.

Best VRBO I've ever stayed in
I owned an operated a vacation rental business in Honolulu from 2000 to 2015 and have stayed at more vacation rentals than I can recall. I can honestly say that this experience surpassed all my expectations. The host was so gracious in accommodating an early arrival for my elderly father, who I brought to visit his family in Scottsdale. Other units for rent in this same area or complex, we are not so gracious despite having a single night vacancy the day before. The end corner location next to the parking and steps to the pool was perfect. Everything about this unit was comfortable and clean. We could not believe how well stocked the kitchen and linens were. I really enjoyed being able to relax at the pool and soak up the warm Arizona sun. The location was also amazing...just steps, to many wonderful restaurants and bars. I will certainly look for this property for any future visits to Scottsdale.
