Summary:
Additional Master Suites with its own full bath and walk in closets recently added to the home in our renovation project! This home now offers TWO Master suites! Lush green lawns for a true Private Oasis backyard retreat. We are very excited for the larger space and look forward to being able to accommodate more families and groups! Thank you for booking with us.

Experience the luxury of desert living at this Five-bedroom Scottsdale home in a private cul-de-sac 

Hot Tub Fee $25/Per Day (optional) Upon Request*

Pool Heating $85 per day (optional) upon request

*Pet-friendly* retreat - $85 pet fee /per pet /per stay (one time fee)

* This luxury Scottsdale home has an open floor plan with two maters suites and is ideal for enjoyable vacation stay.

*Large backyard features covered patio, paver patio extension, charcoal BBQ, patio table and chairs, artificial grass putting green, amazing pool, lounge chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. 

*Home is perfect for families (with kids) and multiple couples

*Smart TVs in living room and both Master suites. Bring your Netflix, Hulu etc account and never miss your favorite episode.  

KITCHEN ACCESSORIES: Dish ware/flatware, cookware, glasses, shot glasses, coffee mugs, Keurig Coffee/Tea Maker, skillets, salt/pepper/spices, blender, toaster, refrigerator equipped with ice maker/water dispenser, other appliances, etc. 

LAUNDRY ROOM: Featuring front load washer and dryer and ironing board with iron.

ACCESSORIES: We have luxurious bedding throughout the house, extra pillows, WI-FI, hairdryers in bathrooms and electronic key pad code door lock so everybody can come and go as needed without a key.

There is security camera over looking front door & Driveway for your safety.

*Guests have access the entire house. There is 2 car garage parking, parking in the drive way and along the street.

*Home is professionally cleaned before every stay, comes with clean linens, towels, soaps and everything else you will need for a comfortable stay.

*This gorgeous home is within miles to: Casinos Golf Courses Mountain hiking Old town Scottsdale Kierland, shopping and dining Scottsdale Quarter, shopping and dining Desert Ridge, shopping and dining Fashion Square mall Grocery Stores, Westworld (Features many annual major events)

Friends golf trip
House was perfect for the golf trip for our group. Each person had their own bed and bathroom which was a plus. Fully stocked kitchen made eating at home easy. Central location to the areas best golf courses was a plus. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

We had a great time! The property was clean and large! The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable and we liked that the primary ensuite bedrooms had sliding door that lead directly to the pool and hot tub area. The only suggestions would to upgrade the towels and install a handrail by the steps in the pool. Two of our friends are in their 70s and a handrail would make it easier and safer to get in and out of the pool. Thanks for a great time. Would definitely come back again!

The house was perfect for our group. It was great having everyone in one location! The house was well stocked with all the basics we needed. Paul was a great host and very responsive for the couple of questions r had. I would definitely stay again!!

Enjoyable Spot for Family
Our family of adult siblings & spouses stayed for a family memorial and reunion of cousins who live on the area. Plenty of room for the four families that stayed. Having two masters were nice & all bathrooms were newly renovated. Love the tile floors throughout. The home is spacious & plenty of room/bathrooms. Great outdoor space that was fun! Our extended family was able to come by & it was a great landing spot for us all for 4 days. It was very clean. Biggest suggestion is that the cabinets in kitchen can use a good scrub or retouch painting. The flat paint makes it feel worn & not in line with the rest of the house. We travel every two years to Phoenix so we love that area and are likely to book here again on next trip out. Quiet and friendly cul-de-sac. Excellent communication with property hosts. Very responsive & kind.

Great Location
Great locations, minutes from anything you want to do. Only problem we had is the hot tube was low on water that caused it not to heat up, so we lost a day of use. You have to pay to use the hot tub. Other than that issue, the place is nice and in a quiet Neiborhood.

The Perfect House
This was absolutely the best house we could have rented for spring break with a family with ages 7-76. We all enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the putting green in this lovely, safe, convenient neighborhood. We are strongly considering renting the house for next spring, after polling the family!!

The Commish's Stay
Mostly fine save for last minute lack of communication accuracy with respect to adding one night. More importantly, everyone had negative comments about the quality of the mattresses, and we are talking five bedrooms!

4 guys on a golf vacation stayed for a week. House was great and host was easy to communicate with. We had an issue with some water leaking from the refrigerator. The maintence guys fixed it the next day very quickly while we were out. I highly recommend this house

Fabulous Vacation Home
We only stayed 3 nights but it was a perfect 3 nights. Nice, quiet neighborhood where we walked our dogs daily. Comfortable furniture and very interesting channels on the TV! We're trying to figure out how to get that TV box at home now! The backyard is amazing and we enjoyed having the hot tub. Our dogs loved exploring the big backyard and it was very safe (no escape holes) for even our tiniest chiweenie. Communication was excellent with Paul and we hope to stay again in the future for a longer visit!

Golf Trip 2023
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything we as stated and backyard was very nice! Kept us busy practicing as we got ready for our daily golf rounds. Neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of restaurants and stores! Only negative would be the mattresses were not comfortable, but we slept :)

There was plenty of space. Any time I had a question, Paul got back with me promptly. The outdoor facilities are amazing, especially the hot tub in October. The putting green was great, too. We enjoyed games, food, and fun with lots of room for everyone.

The house was perfect for our stay with family for a wedding. Plenty of room for our group of 8. House is just as pictured. Loved that it had 2 living room areas and the backyard was fantastic! Great place to stay!
Overall everything was great with our stay! The owners were very quick to get back to us with any questions we had and very helpful! The place was clean and we had no issues with the house. We did pay to heat the pool, and we were glad we did, it would have been quite cool to swim otherwise! Very safe neighbourhood, and close to a grocery stores and places to eat. Was a 20-25 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and most major attractions, which was a bit of a drive. But otherwise a great place to stay and would definitely stay again! Make sure to bring your own pool floats, as there are none provided and a must have if you plan on spending time in the pool!

Sisters and cousins gathered
We had a wonderful stay in the sun here ! Five women from four different cities ….. my sister my daughters and my niece ! The accommodations were perfect! And Paul was so responsive ! The weather was terrific …. A couple of the women had to work online in the mornings and the space was great and no wifi issues either … it was fabulous in evening with lighted pool and hot tub .

Great set up
We enjoyed the layout and location of this place. The outdoor area was our favorite! Plenty of seating and pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Only suggestion would be to add a couple of things to float on.
