This Cozy, Clean and Comfy home is single level. Parking is close to unit so no need to walk far to your home away from home. Great for Solos, Couples, Retirees, Sports Enthusiasts.


This SINGLE LEVEL 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms has enough sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests comfortably. Non-Smoking only. FREE Wifi available. It is clean and comes comfortably furnished with everything you need to feel as relaxed as possible during your stay.

Comfy Condo
Our stay was very comfortable and close to major shopping areas and restaurants. Traffic noise was an issue so we needed to keep windows and doors closed. We did feel safe in the neighborhood.

Clean, and comfortable home away from home, at a great location
We had a wonderful one week stay at Belen’s cozy two bedroom apartment. She is easy to reach, and we had great communication. The place was perfectly located for our needs, between Phoenix, and Peoria. I was concerned about it being on a main road, but noise was never an issue. It was very convenient, and easy to get to. Close to highway, stores, and shops. The condo was very clean, and comfortable. The 2 bedrooms each had a full bath, and a walk in closet, which made for a more organized environment, and ensured privacy. The kitchen had all the essential cookware, and bakeware. Belen has labels all over the place, to make it easy to find anything you may need - spices, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. I highly recommend this place, and am planning on staying there during our future trips to Peoria.

Cozy, clean condo & just like the pictures online.
Location was perfect for our needs. Safe, quiet neighborhood, except the traffic was a little noisy at time but couldn’t hear it from the bedrooms. Bed was too hard for me but at least it didn’t sag to the middle.

Perfect Place
Staying here was perfect! Belen was awesome and had everything ready for us. The condo was close enough to restaurants and shopping but also far enough out that it wasn’t too busy. Loved how everything was labeled and there was a very helpful binder with extra information. Perfect stay if you are in the area. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Glendale Condo
My husband and I spent 5 nights in Belen’s cozy condo in February. We are golfers and wanted to play some of the courses in the West Valley of Phoenix. Belen’s condo is tastefully decorated, spotless and very comfortable, especially the beds! She has stocked the kitchen and bathrooms with supplies for your use. Parking is right in front of the single story condo which is conveniently located near major highways, shopping, entertainment centers and golf courses. I do need to note the traffic noise from the busy Northern Avenue which is close to front of the condo. If you are a very light sleeper, this may be annoying in the early morning commuter hours. We had a great time golfing even though the temps were cooler than normal and would definitely stay in Belen’s condo again if in the Glendale area!

The condo was more than we expected! Everything exceeded our expectations.
From its location, to the cleanliness, to the quick responses from the owner- everything was top-notch. The only issue we had, which wasn’t the fault of the owner, was that the cable tv quit working about mid-week. We weren’t even going to call because we didn’t watch much tv and there were other working options such as Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. However, I decided to call because it seemed like the owner would have wanted to know. She quickly arranged for the cable guy to come out ASAP to fix it. I was willing to just let it go but she (the owner) strives to make your stay as perfect as can be. We will definitely stay there again!

Clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, Belen has thought of almost everything you might need.
My teenage son and I were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted to find a location that would be centrally located to the spring training facilities he would be playing at. This condo was perfectly situated between all of the fields west of Phoenix and was a comfortable place to come back to after an afternoon at the ballpark. Belen's home is very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. In addition, she thought of so many extra touches to make sure our rental was extra "homey". I highly recommend this location and fully intend to contact her about this rental the next time we are back in the Phoenix area.

The condo is beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated, and well-appointed. The kitchen is stocked with nice cookware, and small appliances, as well as a washer and dryer. The beds are comfortable and the linens are top-notch. We really enjoyed our stay in Glendale and we were happy to come back to our "home away from home" after our various activities. Couldn’t have asked for more
We have never stayed at a VRBO where our every need was considered and met ahead of time. From a well stocked kitchen, to toiletries, to extra towels, to the most comfortable beds ever.... this condo has it all. Belen’s instructions and labels were thorough and left nothing to chance. She was easy to reach when we arrived a bit early and wondered if the condo was ready, and came by to be sure we had what we needed and to welcome us with a warm smile. The location was perfect for us as our focus was spring training in Peoria as well as helping our son with a couple of things at GCU. The condo was spotless and well decorated. Perfect for our family of 4. We will be back!

Cannot say enough great things about this rental property. Belen has pretty much thought of everything that you could possibly want or need in a vacation rental. From the welcome gifts to extra items you might have forgot at home Belen has them at the rental. Definitely 5 stars!

Wonderful condo and great location
This is a spotless condo that is stocked with everything you could want in your own home which makes it very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. It was perfectly located for us between ballparks, sightseeing, casinos and restaurant areas. Belen has thought of everything to make your vacation perfect. Just can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our Phoenix vacation and this condo. Thanks Belen!

Perfect and comfortable home away from home
If I could give 6 stars I would!! Hands down, a way more comfortable, accommodating, and convenient stay over hotels and most other rentals!! Welcoming and personal touches. Having a washer and dryer was ideal since my daughters body spray leaked in her luggage all over her clothes. Everything you could need is either in the condo or very close by. The owner was highly accommodating and the place was very clean. Would absolutely stay here again if back in Glendale.

Very clean, very well stocked, very convenient to everything
We wanted a central location to be able to visit family in the area. This was perfect. The fresh fruit in the kitchen was an especially nice touch. Never got to meet the owner because there was nothing we needed. Maybe next time we can meet to just say hello and thank her in person.

Cozy Condo in Glendale
This Condo was much better than my high expectations. We were 3 gentlemen attending NFL game and NASCAR races. It’s super clean, comfortable, updated and stocked with anything you possible could have forgot at home.. It is very close to NFL Stadium and Hockey Arena, Golf, stores and restaurants. We also enjoyed easy access to freeways 101, 303, & 10... We all will be back! Lincoln
