"Overall great place for large gathering. Loved the beach walk into lake, hot tub and sunroom. Couple items to be aware of, lake is quite weedy, and house is right next to busy road which makes opening windows at night an issue. Also, could use more utensils etc to accommodate 15 people. Host was very responsive."

"Being on the water on a nice quiet street in this lovely home was a terrific get away! Ann and Andy were responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We loved sitting outside for meals and found the kitchen well equipped and the house warm and inviting."

Only negative is that there is only 1 bathroom- a challenge for our 4-adults family. However we were still able to host over night stays of guest family members"

"Our family (3 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful stay here. The house is clean, beautifully designed, and comfortable. The best part was having our own private beach where our young children could play in the sand all day long. Jeremy was very welcoming and prompt answering all our questions.
