"We had a fantastic week in this beautiful apartment. The check-in process was really easy and stress-free. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. The view of the sea was uninterrupted and just gorgeous. Communication with Nina was great. Parking was convenient and secure. Thank you for the welcome gift - such a lovely touch. "Staff we amazing - hospitable, friendly and really accommodating. They had great recommendations for the local area, the room was a great size for four people, and it was extremely clean. Great amenities available, and lovely surrounding area for food, pubs, and good vibes. Will definitely be returning here when I next visit!"

"Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)"

"Wunderbare Wohnung mit 2 SZ und 2 Bädern und ideal für eine Familie. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, wie beschrieben, ausgestattet und der Blick herrlich. Wir waren Anfang Oktober da und haben uns 4 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit James war sehr gut, er hat uns persönlich empfangen und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, Pubs, Supermarkt (Waitrose ist top), Bus, Meer, Pier, i360,…. alles bequem zu erlaufen."

"This house was great for what we needed (group of girlfriends getting together). We loved the sunroom on the first floor and even got to sit outside in the gorgeous garden. The location is perfect and there is heaps of space. My only comment is that the bathrooms probably need a bit of updating, but apart from that would definitely recommend."

"A good base to explore East Sussex. A very spacious sitting room / bedroom with a separate kitchen & shower room. We enjoyed visiting Rye, Tenterden & Bodiam Castle."

"Great house, great location, very well equipped, good heating and hot water. Spotlessly clean. We had a flickering light and that was dealt with straight away. The kitchen was a great meet up place and perfect for our group of 5 old friends. The beds are comfy and the bed linen and towels are good quality. The 2 en-suite rooms are lovely, although the showers are small and one of our party had difficulty in controlling the temperature. The other 3 bedrooms share 2 toilets and a bathroom with a...

"The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay, ages 6-75! Perfect for everyone. Equipped with everything you need. 2 dishwashers with lots of people is a godsend. We enjoyed the open fire and the generous supply of wood. Would highly recommend "

"Hotel is clean and very well located for the station. Rooms are a good size. Pricing was competitive. But for 4 star status I'd expect more attention to detail. There should be bottled water in the rooms (this can be done sustainably), quality toiletries including body lotion (not from dispensers that barely work), better quality fresh ingredients at breakfast, some element of table service, key cards that worked on the lifts... added to which the extractor fan was constantly on and the bedroom...

"The Staybridge Suites Brighton was very clean both the common areas and the suite we stayed in. Breakfast included was great too, with lots of options and all well stocked up which is good as it was very busy at breakfast but still had plenty of space to get a table. Room very spacious and well appointed - bed was comfy, SmartTV worked as expected and well appointed overall. Location was perfect too located at the end of Lanes which is perfect for leading into the centre and seafront in Brighton."
