Our apartments are technically and ecologically up to date and therefore, achieve a high ecological balance. We operate a heat pump and a controlled room ventilation system with heat recovery in a high-quality insulated building envelope.
The windows and doors are equipped with contacts. When the windows / doors are open, the heating switches into an off mode. Therefore, we ask you to carry out only short-term ventilations.
