"Quiet, private and stunningly beautiful, this property was a most perfect spot for gathering and visiting with extended family. The pine log home has a well stocked kitchen including plenty of dry goods…paper products, detergents, coffee, spices, etc.,. It also has ample towels and wash clothes. Outside be prepared to host a picnic complete with fire pit, wood, gas grill, and skewers to make s’mores! The scenery is gorgeous, and plenty of nature abounds. My favorite past time was watching...

"We had a wonderful stay. 'Haven' is the the right word... tucked back in the woods, with a beautiful pond view from the back deck, in a charming log cabin. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor scene and we loved being so close to the highway and outlet mall."

"The trip was perfect (except for the cloudy eclipse). Our family of 7 adults spent a long weekend enjoying all the home amenities, especially the hot tub, and watching a pair of nesting Canadian geese by the pond. It truly is a luxurious retreat!"

"I was very impressed with this cute little downtown apartment right by the historic district (we walked to restaurants a number of times). It was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated with all of the extras, like a 5 star hotel. We’ll be booking this one again! The owner was perfect in communication and very kind."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The views were amazing, and we loved the hot tub!! The cabin was very clean, and Bonnie had excellent communication with us. We had a surprise visitor from their family's farm dog who wondered up to the house and sat on the porch for a while. That really was no problem for us, we are dog people! Just a funny addition to our stay :) We all had nice wknd and are looking forward to coming back soon!"

"The view is in the top 2 I've ever seen, absolutely breathtaking. The Lodge is immaculate and much bigger than expected, beds were luxurious, great little gated area for my pup, fire pit, and Amazing Hosts who treated me like Family. The neighbors were all so kind and welcoming. A 5 min drive to town will give direct river access, Rails and Trails to the falls, IGA market and gas. Little It pizza and the Coffee Haus were delicious and highly recommend! The entire experience was a big warm slice...

"The property was exactly as described in the listing, immaculately clean, quite comfortable, and perfect for my needs. It was a place for me and a friend to stay over the Easter weekend, but would be an ideal setting for a family gathering, hunting camp, or just a pleasant getaway from busy city life. I would definitely stay here again, and probably will, as my brother lives only 10 minutes away."

The bathtub seat bench was great for me to use.A couple of concerns for me was that I couldn't see me self in either mirror or use the bathroom sink because it was too high.
