"Pour nos premières vacances en Italie nous cherchions un lieu tranquille loin de l'agitation des grandes villes. Petrella Guidi est l'endroit idéal. Le village est magnifique et le gîte exceptionnel, surtout la salle de bain. Les chambres étant à l'étage inférieur, la température était de maximum 25C°, alors qu'à l'extérieur il faisait 40C°. On aurait apprécié : - des moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres - quelques ustenciles qui manquaients dans la cuisine - un micro-ondes - un ventilateur...

"Logement bien fait. Étonnant. Mais manque de confort. Le lit est très petit pour un couple et aucun fauteuil confortable pour se poser et lire. La table en pierre avec la belle vue est beaucoup plus haut dans le village (56 marches) donc impossible de s’y installer pour dîner ! En plus il y a beaucoup de passage. Nous sommes très exposés aux touristes qui passent devant nous. Pour une ou deux nuits ok mais pas plus. Les alentours sont beaux."

"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"Wir haben unsere Hochzeit in der Villa Cungi, bzw. der Agriturismo La Conca gefeiert. Es war das schönste Wochenende unseres Lebens! Chiara hat die Hochzeit für uns mitorganosiert und ist die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Es lief einfach nur perfekt! Auch so ist diese Unterkunft zu 100% zu empfehlen, es ist einfach unglaublich!! Vielen Dank an Chiara und die gesamte Agriturismo La Conca für diese unvergessliche Zeit :)"

"Wir waren als Familie dort. Schön war die Lage des Hauses und der weite Blick, den wir schon beim Frühstück genossen haben. Unserem Enkel hat es gefallen das Obst zu pflücken und die vielen Krabbeltiere zu beobachten. Es geht eine steile gut befahrbare, aber nur einspurige Straße zum Haus Andrea als Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank! "

"Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Cecilia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hatte sich direkt nach der Buchung bei uns gemeldet und uns erste Informationen gegeben. "Hotel muito agradável, muito limpo, ótimo restaurante, facilidade de estacionamento externo pago, mas sua principal vantagem é a localização. Estacionamos o carro e só voltamos a utiliza-lo no dia de ir embora. Alguns detalhes no quarto a melhorar: melhorar a iluminação deficiente e fazer uma pequena manutenção no box do chuveiro para evitar molhar o banheiro. Café da manhã pode melhorar um pouco. Com certeza ficarei novamente no Cesare se voltar a San Marino."
