"We loved the house. The location is absolutely perfect. Al is a great host and was so welcoming. Our kids loved searching for petoskey rocks, and Al was able to give them tips on where to search. He was so kind and also gave them several polished stones. We loved exploring Petoskey. Bear River Park was a really near area right in the middle of downtown. Thanks Al, and we can’t wait to come back! "

"The perfect place to stay in Petoskey! Easy walk into Downtown for dining and shopping, and great for cycling and exploring other towns/areas. This house far exceeded our expectations! It was extremely well stocked, beautifully decorated, meticulously clean, private, quiet, and had a wonderful place outside to enjoy the weather and beauty of the “Little Traverse Bay”. Also, the host was wonderful! We would love to return someday and would recommend this house to anyone!"

"3 adults -long weekend- just right - could walk to state park beach or very short drive and also close to convenient grocery store or market. only a few more mins to downtown Petoskey gaslight shopping district and marina/park. Property mgt was communicative clear and responsive- comfortable and relaxed atmosphere- you do hear busy traffic noise close to Petoskey harbor drive when out in the deck but that was a small concern to be so close to everything "

"It was great. The road it is on is 25mph and the traffic is really very limited. We appreciated the real stainless steel pots and pans for cooking, like that's huge for cooking for us as we value what pur food is cooked in or on (my wife wanted to make sure i mentioned that). Fire pit with the wood was awesome, also the shed radio is a nice touch when being out at the fire. Kids enjoyed the snacks that were there for them. "We were in town to attend a wedding at the Bay Harbor Marina. The location of the property was great. Close to downtown Petosky, the marina, parks, distillery, and walking/biking trails. The unit is a townhouse with plenty of room. It is clean and well appointed. The best part is each room has it own bathroom and there is a darling little porch out back to relax on. We would definitely stay again. "

"We had a great time, we had runners use the bike trail, rode bikes every day, used the State Park 2 miles away several times and the State Marina for our boat 2 miles away which we slipped. The back yard was really nice as our 5 grandkids 9-2 years old were able to play the yard games provided, we also use the barbecue and campfire. We had plenty of room for everyone to have meals around the dinning room table or outside picnic tables. "
