Cute and cozy home. Location is perfect :) Close to the local ski hills and lakes and Petoskey dining and shopping.

Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski hills just 8 minutes away. Crooked Lake and boat launch is literally just down the road. Petoskey State Park beach within minutes. Easy access to the Petoskey to Mackinaw bike trail.

Newly remodeled in 2023. Come and stay and enjoy yourselves at our property. Long time VRBO owners of several properties. We make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

Come and enjoy a coffee on the front covered patio and explore what Petoskey has to offer - great shopping/dining/beaches/bike trails/boating/ski hills/etc.

2 bedrooms/ 2 full bathrooms. New queen beds. Room to sleep others if you bring an air mattress. Yes - we have WiFi and central A/C.
All bed linens and bathroom towels provided. Fully equipped new kitchen.
Sorry - no pets allowed. We do this to respect our cleaning crew, future guests and our neighbors.

Clean and close to the lake!
Absolutely Perfect Getaway! We had an incredible experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The home was even better than the photos—cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was ideal—close to local attractions yet peaceful and private. This was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a lovely, cozy stay at this cute home. Everything was ready, clean, and worked with easy check-in and check-out. We ended the days with movie nights near the gas-powered stove, and just loved it. It was an easy to find home in a good location for home base! I hope we get to stay here again someday!

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was either newly renovated or newly built. It was done well. The kitchen was big. The rest, not so much, but we didnt need "big." Probably not the right place for really tall ppeople.

Would’ve been nice to know about the ceiling heights, and that there was no vents upstairs for the heater or anything, but the ceiling heights and the hallway upstairs and the header going up the stairs. The only issues I have.

Our long weekend was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Only thing I would recommend is for wall mirrors to be put in the bedrooms other than that it was wonderful.

Great place to stay
The house is as cute in person as it is online. You could smell it was clean when you walked in the front door which is a huge plus for me. Comfortable beds, and just all around cozy feel. Great communication with the owners. Easy check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again!

This modern property was a great location. Convenient to Petoskey State Park and across the street from Crooked Lake. Nice amenities including coffee maker, toiletries and fans in the rooms.

Very nice, remodeled home
Well, organized, clean stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Great stay, accessible to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. 30 minutes from Mackinaw City. One caveat: both bedrooms are up some steep stairs. Keep that in mind if you have bad knees or accessibility issues. Additionally, low ceilings in the upstairs may prove challenging if you're very tall.

Nice remodeled older home
We had 2 couples and it was a nice stay. We slept well. Bedding and beds are comfortable. A bit hot upstairs though, that’s where both bedrooms and one bath is. House has ac just hard to get upstairs and heat rises. One bath on each level, so one couple had to trek down the creaky narrow steep steps. Main floor bath is about 1/3 of the size of upper level. Living room furniture comfortable. They have tv with streaming services, but never turned it on. 2 Adirondacks on front and back porch. One Adirondack is narrow as arms were put on backwards lol. Back “lawn” needs to tending to, maybe a fire pit? And mow the random tall weeds. Nice gas grill has yet to be used. Nice new appliances. Maybe a few more ice trays would be nice. Hope to come back!

Great place for our girls weekend!
The house is newly remodeled. Both bedrooms are upstairs and the beds are very comfortable. It got a little hot at night, but if you open the windows, it was comfortable. Nice big table for playing games. It is convenient to everything we wanted to do, the state park, shopping, winery, casino and restaurants.

Clean and comfortable
Stayed for a few nights and was very pleased with this house. The house is obviously old but nicely redone on the inside and outside. Everything felt new and clean when we stayed as this is a relatively new listing. You could tell that a lot of attention was given to all the details (night lights, towels, keys, fans, door locks that actually work and feel secure! It all made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Wonderful location and Very Clean!
Our girls weekend went very well! The home is spotless and has every amenity you can need. The decor is modern and on point. The fireplace was not only beautiful but heated up the place quickly. The upstairs where the spacious bedrooms are have very comfortable beds. The bedrooms ceilings are low and stairs are narrow. I highly recommend and will return

The house was quirky and cute. It was obvious that it had just been redone because everything was brand new. Very clean and simple. The only negative thing I would say is that the ceilings are quite low, so if you are over 6 ft, you kind of have to duck everywhere.

100% attractively and thoughtfully renovated, only evidence of house’s age was stairs to bedrooms that are a bit steep and ceiling a bit low at top for 6’2” husband. We are 70 and it worked fine. Spotless new bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location 2 blocks from bike path was perfect. Convenient location,about 10 minutes to skiing, beach, and downtown Petoskey.
