Petoskey - Enjoy the great outdoors from the Cozy and peaceful cabin!

Come ride the trails out the back door of the cabin! Cozy cabin located on 40 acres surrounded by state land, centrally located between Petoskey, Indian River and Wolverine with direct access to trails. In the south east corner of Emmet county, the cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. 5 beds (4 twin, 1 queen) are located upstairs and are bunk house style with semi privacy. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, hot shower, 50 inch flat screen TV with DirecTV and washer/dryer. Cellular service is good in the upstairs and outside and we now have TrueStream, high speed internet!! There is a covered patio, with a fire pit for nightly campfires, with picnic tables also. Located 13 miles from Petoskey, 20 miles from Boyne City, 8 Miles from Indian River and 20 Miles from Harbor Springs. This cabin is well suited for the outdoor enthusiast, as there are many mushrooms, ORV, hiking opportunities around. Weber lake, which offers trout, bass and bluegill fishing is only 1.5 miles away. Pickeral Lake which offers a swimming area, handicap accessible playground, boat launch and walleye, pike, bass and panfish for the fisherman, just 6 miles away. Burt Lake which offers a boat launch, swimming area, playground, walleye, pike, perch and panfish, just 8 miles away. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Cabin is fully stocked for your convenience. Towels , linens, cooking utensils, firewood etc.

This property is shared with two other rental cabins on the property - 2677074 & 1837085 book them all for a big gathering!

Great little cabin tucked off the road. We just needed a relaxing weekend and it was easy to do that here. We grilled and enjoyed nature when we weren’t out visiting Petoskey and Lake Michigan, which is about 20 minutes away. We plan on coming back in the future, maybe renting all 3 cabins with family.

Weekend wedding with friends
This property was so clean and nice! It really exceeded our expectations. Everything was also very well maintained. We are from Indiana and we're coming into town for a wedding in Indian River and it was very easy to get there and back. The owner lives nearby so was accessible if needed. The upstairs is bunk house style, which was a lot of fun! We also got to visit with friends we hadn't need in a long time. It rained most of the time we were there but the outdoor seating area looked very nice as well.

Place was warm and close to the trails. Sleeping arrangements were a little different than I expected but worked out well. The bedrooms are in common area upstairs with walls separating but no doors. No one complained about my snoring so must have been ok

We stayed there for the bridge walk but we also visited Petoskey went to a Great Lavender Farm and a brewery and collected rocks along Petoskey Bay. Everything was great at the cabin!

Tomahawk Trail Trip
The cabin is amazing. It had plenty of added amenities that made the stay great. Very homey and fun atmosphere inside and out. We cooked steak over the fire pit and hung out on the patio a lot during the evening. The property was just a few hundred yards from the trail we wanted to ride! It was perfect!!!

Thank you, Mark, first of all for stopping by. Second there is nothing I would change about this property. It s perfect as a cottage rental. The outdoor space is more than appropriate for family or friends. We enjoyed having the grill, campfire and outdoor TV all in one space. The kitchen is well prepared for anything. This was our 2nd time stayin here, we enjoyed it so much the first time , didn’t think about looking elsewhere when we thought about our next trip to Petoskey, we actually arranged our getaway based on the availability of the cabin. It is very clean , beautifully decorated , very welcoming, so peaceful , we loved how it’s so secluded. This will be our place of choice every year to Petoskey.

This cabin was perfect. It was immaculately clean, warm, and comfortable. The men loves the outdoor area for Saturday night football by fireside. Beautiful, private location in the woods with trails for hiking. We would definitely return for another stay! Thanks for everything !!!
