The house offers 6 large bedrooms equipped with a double bed and 2 single bunk beds, all equipped with ceiling or pedestal fans, toilet, full kitchen, TV room, dining room. Barbecue, wood-burning stove and pizza oven, swimming pool, shower, tables, parasol, pool and foosball table and gym.

We allow pets in the property.

It has 6 complete, spacious rooms, all equipped with fans.

Complete beach kit with cart with chairs and umbrella.

We have 5 adult bicycles for trips along the beachfront. Comfortable, large living room, high ceilings with smart TV allowing access to all streaming services.

Large, well-equipped kitchen with new, modern appliances and utensils. 1 bathroom serving the pool area.

We have a barbecue area with all utensils, countertops, tables and chairs.

Complete service area.

Large garage with automatic gate, fitting up to 5 cars.

WE PROVIDE: - hand soap and toilet paper - basic kitchen items - cleaning products and trash bags.

WE DO NOT SUPPLY - Bed and bath linen - Coal, firewood or similar. - Personal hygiene products.

Other observations Parties or events that disrupt good coexistence with neighbors are not permitted. We have security cameras at the entrance near the main gate.

We are not responsible for valuables or objects forgotten in the property.

Smoking is only permitted in external areas.

Checkout time 9:00 - 17:00

Security deposit of R$400 to cover damage to the property or non-compliance with house rules, will be returned within 7 days if there are no incidents.
