"We had 4 families stay and had plenty of space. The game room downstairs and the bunk bed room was nice for a kids’ space. Ample room upstairs and in the kitchen for social space. We all enjoyed the stay. "

"We just spent the Thanksgiving break at the Birch Lane property and it was a perfect get-away. My family loved all the entertainment accessories from the full sized indoor pool and hot tub to the movie theater, sauna and game room with air hockey and pool table. We had a great time, especially the kids, and look forward to going back again!"

"It’s a beautiful spot to get all around landscapes of Maine. Hiking and waterfalls and places to relax. "

"We celebrated my fathers 90th over a gorgeous September weekend. The number of beds and rooms was perfect. The beds are comfortable which is a must at a rental. The fire pit out front was wonderful and we appreciated that the wood was included. The lake is gorgeous! Such an easy walk. Loved the kayaks. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the array of kitchen equipment. Having 2 fridges and dishwashers was great. But the array of pots and pans was challenging. Thankfully we were mostly...

"The home was amazing. It was very comfortable, well furnished and had all the necessary amenities. We had a little difficulty working the TVs and could not find any instructions as to how to use the TVs but, other than that minor issue, we would highly recommend this property for a ski trip."

"House was clean and had plenty of amenities for 10 guests such as towels, beds/ pillows, parking spots and kitchen utensils. Quiet secluded property with awesome Mountain View’s. "

"House was clean and just as advertised - beautiful veiws and cozy house. We stayed with 2 families (10 people) and the house was very nice. Mike was great and responded right away. Fridge wasn't cold when we got there and reached out to him and he responded right away and it was cold shortly after. House was perfect for a ski vacation. We would stay there again. 10 mins from mountain and great for a large group (or small) "

"This was my 4th year there And it always feels like coming home. Highly recommend these host and their home. "

"We were a a group of 7 riders from NJ and the house was beautiful, comfy and very clean. While 90% of the time was spent riding, getting home to this place made it all the more special. Near 2 breweries ( 5 min away ) and with lots of privacy and amenities ( hot tub was awesome ), I def recommend and will save this place for future visits ! Thank you ! "

"The house was extremely well stocked and well organized. Caroline was a great and communicative host checking in and ensuring everything went well as necessary throughout our stay. There was more than enough room for everyone in our group of 14 to sleep. Plenty of great games both indoor and outdoor at the house. The local area guide was a very useful addition as well. "

"The Winter Park Lodge was an absolutely perfect place for our family and friends. The location is beautiful, and close to both Bethel and Sunday River.
