"This three bedroom home was perfect for our needs while in Bartlesville for a funeral. There were nine of us, and even though there’s only one bathroom, that was not an issue at all. The kitchen was adequate, with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary pods, and my grandson was excited about the snacks on the tray in the dining room. "We had more family in for the Thanksgiving holiday than we had rooms, so I needed to find a place for two of my daughters and their spouses and a couple of kids. My girls commented on how nice the house was. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely updated, very clean, had everything we needed, & we felt safe in the neighborhood. We will definitely book again. I really enjoyed the fireplace & beautiful wet bar area as well as drinking champagne out of the coup glasses. They provided kcups, creamer, & sugar but bring your own spices. The beds were amazing! Nice and firm but not hard. "

"The kids and I stayed here for the week of Valentine’s Day and it was a great stay. Clean..nice and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t notice was WiFi but that ain’t no deal breaker. It was a great stay. Definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Nice clean property that was walking to downtown Bartlesville. The separate living room was a great feature. The on-site cafe was perfect for breakfast and lunch. I was there on business for 2 days and will definitely stay here again."

"This house was perfect for our group of 7 women. It was awesome to have several spaces to hang out and having 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths was perfect. No waits for a shower and everyone had a bed. It was a charming home and the host was very responsive. "

"This is a quiet little space in a quiet little town. Its a very "vintage" home, but dont let that discourage you from renting this lovely home. Beds are super comfortable, immaculately clean & comfortable. I had to contact owners directly as the Evolve team was lousy at communication. Owner was lovely and accomodating!! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!"

"This house was perfect for my family while we were in town for a funeral. Very clean and spacious. "

"The property was just the right size for us and located in a good setting close to downtown. It was well decorated and furnished, however the bed had a low spot in the middle making sleeping not entirely comfortable. We had been warned to be quiet and thoughtful of the neighbors but on our first night there the person in the next unit was up late making noise and had the tv on late into the night disrupting our sleep. It did not happen more than once. "

"This was an instant book so my credit card was charged immediately. I messaged the owner, as instructed by VRBO, for check in information. No response. I chatted with VRBO, they made an attempt to contact him, no luck. The phone number provided for the owner was not a working number. We were not able to check in. I read similar reviews but couldn’t believe VRBO would allow this property to remain if they were true. Trust the reviews! In the end, VRBO assisted me with a refund. "
