The Edge Estuary house

Estuary Edge is a well equipped comfortable relaxed house with stunning uninterrupted views over the estuary.

4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms

Master Suite : A beautiful outlook over the water with a king bed, TV/DVD player.
Huge en suite with double shower.
Bedroom 2: Spacious room with queen bed.
Bedroom 3: Spacious room with queen bed.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds.
Main bathroom with bath.
Theatre Room : 60cm TV with DVD and surround sound.& DVD library
Living/dining room with huge lounge and TV/DVD.
Kitchen: Well equipped with views.
Alfresco area: Enclosed with fan and views.

Ample parking plus room for a 7m boat.

Step out the backyard to the stunning foreshore park lands. Crab, bike ride,canoe, windsurf, kite surf, JetSki , walk or relax all in your back yard.

Estuary Edge is great for families or just two people to enjoy a break with water views from the master bedroom, kitchen, living and alfresco.

2 night min stay.
Linen included, sheets, tea towels and bath mats.
House priced for 4 people extra $20 per person per night. Max 8 people.

Pets are by arrangement, we have a enclosed yard with a low fence. The foreshore is pet friendly.

Peace and Tranquility

This was my second stay. This time with family. Liane is a great host and communicates well. The property is huge and ideal for large groups as there are separate zones. Waking up to the view of the Estuary was a highlight this time.I would definitely recommend the property.

What a lovely spot! Such a peaceful place with a beautiful outlook and great walking paths. Large, spacious home which was clean and immediately felt homely. We will definitely be back! Great communication with Liane.

Fantastic location with great estuary views. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Numerous seating areas, everyone had their own space. Very well equipped. A very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful place and what a view!

Its right on the estuary and you get a great view from the courtyard. House was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely look to book again next year.

Annual Playgroup Stay

The property was perfect for our group. Lovely spots to sit and enjoy the view, walks at the door and very peaceful. It was very comfortable. Everything functioned well. The mattresses on the single beds need replacing, we did turn them around the top swapped to the bottom and this improved the comfort. All other beds were comfortable.

Everything about our stay was wonderful - the house is beautifully located and presented - clean, lots of room and great facilities - wonderful outlook across the water and walks along the foreshore. Our host was so easy to contact and quick to answer any questions we had. Would love to have our girls get together there again.

Great getaway at the Edge

Very beautiful and spacious house in a lovely surburban setting and on the water. The surrounds were peaceful, and we really enjoyed this close proximity. The house was extremely well equipped and has most of the things you need for a week + long stay. Very clean, spacious and includes ducted heating which we really appreciated as the weather was absolutely freezing! I had no issues with communicating with the host who answered all my questions and ensured I had what I needed especially for my daughter who is 1. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Fantastic home and stunning location.

The home was beautiful, the décor wonderful. The floor plan totally catered for a group up to 8 people with shared and private areas. The view at the back is awesome as is the walking path and the photo opportunities. Falcon had plenty of local shops and Miami Bakehouse is close by! Communication from the host was great and I would totally recommend this home for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

wonderful experience

This was an important get away for 4 friends after losing one of our "Fab five" . I looked for somewhere special to stay and the Esturay House appeared perfect. That it was in everyway from the wonderful views to the immaculate home. Thank you Liane for allowing our little dogs to come with us and they loved their runs along the forshore as we did our walks. This would have to be one of the best bnb's we have stayed in. Thank you.
