"High density apartment living. Heavy foot traffic in L2 corridor and regular slamming of the fireproof door outside our apartment. Common areas and car park not very clean but overall it’s a great place to drop your bags and rest for the night. Beds were comfy (very important) and kitchen was spotless. Balcony overlooking the park was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Close to beach, shops & cafes. Shower caddies needed in both bathrooms. "

"Perfect location in the heart of Fremantle. Short walk to museums, Gage Road brewery, and Rottnest Ferry. It’s in the busy part of town in the evenings, but we didn’t get disturbed by anything and you really feel like you’re ‘in’ Fremantle - which is a fantastic place. "

"Very clean and central property with much appreciated little extras to make it comfortable and homely. Really enjoyed our stay. The only slight negative is that the noise from neighbouring properties can be quite loud at times. "

"I am waiting for "Stayz" to resolve this. I only put stars becase we had to but we did not stay. We called "Stayz" to advise that the hosts were not contactable. We had no way of checking in. We arrived at the apartment address advertised only to find a derelect block of units completely rundown and not inviting at all. We had no idea which unit number it was anyway. I called to let "Stayz" know and they could not contact the host either. We were left with nowhere to stay and are waiting for a...

"We booked the property for a special birthday while family was over from the UK. The property was perfect as was the location. We would recommend staying with Sea Breeze Villa 😃"

"The apartment is still in walking distance to the train station and there a a lot of shops and eateries near the Subiaco station. The unit is located at the 4th level, so you might want to pack light. The stairs are still manageable and there is a friendly resident black cat that will accompany you as you go up. It's quite a spacious unit, clean, everything is working and have all the utensils you'll need to feel just like home. You can use the water filter jug to filter out the chlorine smell...
