"As advertised. Clean, fun location, plenty of seating. We stayed during a cold snap, 15 degrees. The heat couldn't really keep up with those temperature. The other comments about the dogs are accurate. We were greeted by them at our car. They are friendly, but if you have a dog that doesn't play well with others (like ours), you may want to look somewhere else."

"Skipped Xmas and spent it with yhe family. Spacious place. Well stocked kitchen. Nice back porch to take in the view of the lake."

We do wish the house had been in a bit better condition and better set up as a rental. It was not well cleaned and was missing some basics like conditioner and soap in the shower. "It was comfortable but needs updating. We had a great time fishing and time alone with family. Now that all of brothers are in our 60's, it doesn't take much for us to enjoy each other. It's a very nice cozy place to enjoy family. ❤️💯❤️ K.C."

"The house was perfect! It was very clean, easy to get to, had everything you could need, and the view was STUNNING! We sat on the porch over looking the lake, sipping our coffee every morning. They had a pack n play for my 2 year old, a NFL blitz arcade game for my 8 year old (and husband), ping pong, board games, and a fire pit that we enjoyed every night. The water was so clear we even all got in the lake! It was a true Haven, and we had the best time as a family! We will definitely be back! "

"We had a quick, short weekend to celebrate Christmas with our family in Arkansas. We did not get to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked to due to our limited schedule. It is a beautiful, spacious home that met all of our needs. We hope to come back at another time and have more time to enjoy the area. "

During our stay, a 13 inch snow came, and the owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Getting our vehicles out. We can’t wait to make this an annual stay because of the wonderful ownership and accommodations!"
