"Thank you, very nice and quiet."

"This was a perfect, private getaway. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset and the only neighbors we saw were a couple wandering turkeys. The house is extremely well kept with some of the most plush carpets I've ever felt. I will definitely try to stay here again, hopefully in the summer to enjoy the rocky beach below!"

"Our 3rd stay at Seaside Sanctuary and this time we stayed 2 weeks. Stacey is always super-communicative and the house has everything you could possibly need. We were able to get in some nice day trips down to the Schoodic Peninsula of Acadia National Park, Milbridge, Calais, Eastport, Reversing Falls, Machias & Jasper Beach. We caught a sunrise at West Quoddy Head Lighthouse and explored Cobscook Shores and points around Lubec and the Bold Coast. We spent about 1/2 the time there just "being" at...

"The Morris lake house was exactly what we needed for our trip. Perfect location of the main roads and on the lake. Ver impressed with all of the accommodations. Always a relief when you forgot all the kitchen things like a bag or parchment paper. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. One of the best VRBO houses we have stayed at. "I cannot begin to say how wonderful our stay was. The grounds are stunning and so very quiet at night, the cabin is immaculate, and the view of the bay is indescribably beautiful. Be sure to look up and take in the stars at night!"

"The property was a short walk to the water and town. House was clean, beds were comfortable. We did not eat in the house as we were visiting friends for Thanksgiving but kitchen seemed well provisioned. "

"We needed a place to collapse and reset! This was perfect! Secluded and private with a beautiful sandy beach overlooking the lake. Not having to transport our own kayaks was a great plus; kayaks in good shape. The light over the main dining table was not working, as well as a few electric outlets -- we bought a lantern at Walmart in Calais and did just fine. Got a few really cold showers -- finally figured out one of us needed to shower in the am and the other in the pm to get 2 hot...

"We loved our time in this home! Jeanne was super easy to get in touch with, and even though there was a mixup with her cleaner, she went above and beyond to make sure the mistake was made right. The home was very comfortable & the view from the upper deck is gorgeous. The bed we used was very comfortable as well and the workout room was a nice perk! Just be aware that there is another downstairs back apartment, so you'll want to keep the back bedroom sliding door curtain closed as it goes out to...

"Overall, our stay in Lubec was amazing! The location was fantastic - beautiful views, and less than 10 minutes from town. The house was lovely and well supplied. The lobster pot was perfect and the kitchen was very well stocked. There were a lot of flys in the house during our week there. Never did figure out where they came in the house, but they were bad and they did bite! Also a lot of spider webs that had not been knocked down in a while. "This was a beautiful place to stay, more like an apartment with full kitchen, dining space, lots of room. The owners were wonderful. On the off season, there aren't many restaurants open in the area, which we knew, so we brought supplies to make some simple meals and also found some delicious cod at the IGA in Lubec. We saw a lovely sunrise from the balcony about 6am, when the lobster boats were getting ready to go out, will stay here again!"
