"What an amazing home! It was cozy and had such a calm feel. Everything was crisp and clean; the beds were so comfortable and we slept so great! The owners thought of everything we would need and were easy to communicate with when we had a question. You can tell family was a priority for Grandma Helen and we are so grateful to have had the chance to stay in her home. Thank you!"

"Beautiful place that accommodated us wonderfully. Would definitely stay again. "

"If it wasn’t for a few things they would’ve had five stars. The garbage disposal was broken (made that nasty). There were only four chairs and there were eight of us (that was a bummer). The blinds in the front of the house are all broken and makes you feel like you are walking into a house like that. Once you are in the house it was clean and the manager was responsive, but it was during the holidays so not easy to get things fixed. The furniture could be better. "

"We needed a house for our base while back to Iowa for the holiday. We wanted space to host Grandparent Overnight with three youngsters. This place checked all the boxes and even the grands were impressed. Highly recommended when you need space but also are comfortable with just a couple."

"Loved that we woke up to snow and watching a buck walk across the hill behind the apartment. The apartment exceeded expectations and was super comfortable and spacious. However, since this was a leisurely vacation, it was very frustrating that the internet wouldn't work. We watched buffering regardless of what we channel we picked. "

"We really enjoyed this place. However the main bathroom toilet took 3-4 times of flushing to get the spoils down and the main bathroom sink drain plug was stuck so we couldn’t use that sink. Otherwise it was good. Could use a deep cleaning of the vents and showers though. "

"We flew in for a wedding in Boone and this place was a great place for the 12 of us. Four beds plus 3 air mattresses gave us all a comfy place to sleep. We had friends and more family over for dinner one night and were able to seat 16 at the 2 tables and kitchen bar top. All of us enjoyed amazing sunsets sitting on the couch around the fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area! "

"Very clean unit and exactly as represented in the listing. We would stay here again. Our only issue was it was cold in the unit when we arrived and it felt like the heat couldn't catch up."

"We had a great stay and the apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean and better than advertised. It was well-appointed and the owners thought of all our needs. The location was great; it was close to Jordan Creek Mall and had many other dining and entertainment opportunities nearby. It is very easy to access from the interstate. We will stay here again for our next stay in Des Moines."

"The house was big and beautiful! Very easy to check in and the manager was great getting back to me when I had questions. the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Hot tub was nice. Loved the gas stove in the living room for heat. The kids (and adults) loved watching the birds at the feeder. The only thing we would change is having a tv in the living room. When grandsons wanted to watch tv, someone had to be in the basement with them. So then the family was separated. But maybe...

"Booked this property when we visited for my nephew’s wedding. Everything was amazing! Exactly as described. We had a group of several family members who enjoyed all of the areas to sit and visit. Very comfortable home in a nice quiet area. We had everything we needed and the communication with our host was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this property!!"

"As the only place to stay within a decent budget and close to where I needed to be for work, this place was really decent. Everything was pretty clean - I think someone had left a used kleenex on the back of the door that housekeeping maybe forgot or just missed, but otherwise everything else was spotless.
