"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kuzmanic. Adrian was the most polite and helpfull host, really easy to communicate with. Place was as described, well equipped and super tidy. Nice surprise was breakfast served to our apartment at precise time we wished - I had totally forgotten we booked it! Felt almost too good for this fair cost of accommodation, so we were truly happy to fairly tip for it. :) At the end of September the neighborhood, with quite a lot of apartments, was really quiet. "Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt bei Ivan und seiner Familie. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Gegend. Der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung und die Terrasse lud zum Entspannen ein. Ivan war ein hervorragender Gastgeber und hatte immer tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Excellent property, spotless, plenty of space for our group of 8. Everything you need provided with amazing outdoor gathering space and indoor/outdoor kitchen by pool. Host Tanja is wonderful! "

"From the minute we arrived, Iveca and his family did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and with wonderful views from the balcony. Relaxing by the beautiful private pool was a highlight of the holiday as was the delicious meal that Iveca cooked for us. The location was fantastic, with beaches and cafes in walking distance. "Kein Stern gibt es nicht. Grundstück und Lage mit Potential, Gebäude leider mit Investitionsstau: Böden, Betten, Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Geschirr Kaffeemaschine und Besteck. Nachdem es klar wurde, dass wir nicht hochzufrieden waren, kam es zur Katastrophe in Form einer nicht nachvollziehbaren Gästebeurteilung."

"Un défaut d'entretien général. On est sur une île, donc les seules activités sont la piscine et la mer, or... où sont les transats ? Il doit y en avoir une douzaine au maximum à la piscine, cherchez l'erreur vu le nombre de tentes et autres en pleine saison... En me promenant sur l'île, j'ai en fait retrouvé les transats !! "Other than the comms beforehand the place was excellent for a family stay. On the beach with a private pool. Three large ensuite bedrooms. Really well laid out and very well kept with a barbecue on the terrace. In terms of location it's quite good. 20 mins from split airport but not under the flight path.
