"The photos do not do this property justice. Its a lovely large secluded house in the middle of sunflower fields. The owners live next door and were on hand for anything we might need, but we didn't see or hear them unless we needed to. They were the perfect hosts. It was a great location for our extended family getaway. The pool was perfect and provided good shade for the children. There is a sandpit and a wooden lookout that are not pictured, but were a lovely surprise. The house was spotlessly...

"Des hôtes très charmants et réactifs, avec de très bons conseils pour notre séjour! Logement très propre, très bien équipé, bien optimisé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, mieux qu’en photos! Du calme, de l'intimité, situé sur les hauteurs de Trelissac avec une très belle vue d’un côté et de l’autre à l’orée de la forêt, où des biches passent dans notre jardin, tout en étant à 10mn de Périgueux! Je recommande +++ Merci encore Coralie et David!"

"Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, verfügt über Fenster nach zwei Seiten, auf der Dritten befindet sich eine große überdachte Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine hervorragende Ausstattung. Die Vermieter Caroline und Bertrand waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Ein rundum toller Urlaub."

I loved the location as it was an easy walk to the cathedral and the market held in that part of town; there are restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops near the cathedral; an easy walk to the Intermarché for my supplies; an even easier walk to a wonderful patisserie/boulangerie (try the croissant for sure, the best I have had in a long time). "Logement très spacieux, 3 chambres avec grand lits, terrasse sympathique, confort top. 2/3 points que nous avons regretté : - la privation de la télécommande de la télévision, ne nous permettant pas d'augmenter le volume (mon mari etait malentendant donc impossible pour lui de suivre les emissions), de surcroît sur le carnet de voyage envoyé, il y a bien 2 télécommandes.. - l'heure d'arrivée et de depart modifié sans nous en avoir informé : 1 heure de moins au depart, idem pour l'arrivée....

"La maison a été rénovée récemment et tout est impeccable à l'intérieur. Beau séjour et chambres spacieuses, c'est parfait pour 6 personnes. En extérieur, grande terrasse sur 2 côtés de la maison. Le jardin venait d'être refait (printemps 2024) et la pelouse neuve mais ça ne pourra que s'améliorer. Très belle piscine à débordement, de belle dimensions. Attention cependant, pas de couverture pour ce type de piscine. Et donc..... elle est franchement fraîche après le 15 août (nuits autour de 12°)....

"We vacation every year with a group of friends ranging from 13 to 18 people. In recent years, some children also go with us. This was by far the best vacation and that was mainly because of this top notch accommodation. There is everything from a large “game room,” a soccer field, tennis/full baseball field and a gigantic pool. You can sit in the sun and in the shade. The spaces are huge; both inside and outside. We were also received very hospitably and it was no problem at all that we arrived...

"This is our second stay at Yvans property, so it's got to be good! It suits us as there's only 3 of us, so we get a double bed each! Great swimming pool. Balcony is great for sheep watching! And wildlife in general, as you are up a height. Place is built on a cave system! "

"Lovely classic old French house, slightly out of town (very short drive, OK walk) with great pool, top quality table football, table tennis, nice furnishings. One bedroom off by the pool, for better or worse. Riberac is a quiet but nice town, and the house is near the river, across from a small village with a friendly cafe - closed for part of August. Very convenient to supermarket and petrol."

"We spend four quiet nights here as we road-tripped through France and Spain. Mike was helpful and friendly from the moment we booked, providing fans when the temperature climbed, and the chickens and dog made the place feel homely. As we were here during the Olympics it was great to watch the BBC coverage! We were bothered by midges so don’t forget your bug spray!"

"We have travelled to many towns in this beautiful part of our planet, from groups of 6 (my family) to much larger groups with friends and family groups - this place was epic - service from start to finish - Pascal was around when we needed him, the house and grounds were perfect - the kitchen facilities one of the best for a large group (we were 14) - the Tennis court was a brilliant option to have and use - bike rides (tough hills) are wonderful - would definitely return, for more relaxation/...
