"The apartment is beautiful and spacious, very well appointed and maintained. It’s located in the old city center with wonderful restaurants, bistros, shops, patisseries all around…and the famous geese sculpture is just outside! Free parking only a few minutes walk. Sarlat is a perfect central location for day trips to nearby Dordogne villages and many prehistoric sites. The local contact was most helpful with check in and other information. We highly recommend this property…5 stars!"

"The apartment is small but lovingly furnished, and has all that you need (except wifi which didn’t work during our stay). We were there during a heat wave but the fan in front of the little window let us sleep comfortably. For us it was a wonderfully unique experience of living for a few days in a medieval structure in a medieval village. We fell in love with the village and all the Dordogne. (Note that parking is in a public lot, and you must carry your bags by hand up a steep cobblestone path...
