"The property was very spacious and impressive and we enjoyed our stay. The garden and pool area has a calm ambience and is spacious with multiple separate areas providing space for different activities. We enjoyed the pool and terrace. The location is in a quiet part of the town and 20 to 30 minutes walk to centre of a fairly big town but lots of parking in town if you choose to drive. "We really enjoyed the House, Surrounding and the wonderful warm Pool, the quiet and the scent of the southwest of france. "Grant was the perfect host. Provided things quickly when asked and left us alone when not needed.The air con in the house was a blessing during the 2 week heat wave. Pool was an amazing temperature with the cosy shade of the pool house when the sun got too hot. Covered eating area with BBQ was used all the time(especially during the odd nightly heat storm). "La maison est tout simplement magnifique et correspond parfaitement aux photos !! Le ménage était parfaitement fait et ce n’est pas toujours le cas dans d’autres locations. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par le propriétaire, nous faisant de belles attentions durant notre séjour. Nous avons donc pu bien profiter de nos vacances dans un cadre sublime ! The river nearby offered even more more great fun and activities. "La maison est parfaitement bien située, offrant une belle vue sur Périgueux. Outre son confort et sa modernité, la maison est ultra bien agencée, pratique, très fonctionnelle et meublée avec énormément de goût. Petits et grands l’ont beaucoup appréciée, les chambres sont spacieuses et presque toutes dotées de leur salle de bain. Idéal pour plusieurs familles ou entre amis. Nous retenons l’adresse ! "O time do hotel é muito dedicado. Ele atende as solicitacoes com muita simpatia e carinho. O café da manhã é muito bom com bastante variedade na comida e nos pães. Pena o suco ser industrial e não fresco. A parte da recepção do hotel é do restaurante sao muito aconchegantes e a vista pro rio é bem legal. A localização do hotel é ótima porque bem central sem o incômodo do barulho do trânsito. Agora na parte das acomodações, deixa um pouco a desejar. Os quartos são bem pequenos, a decoração é vintage barato, a pintura está descascando e o espelho do nosso quarto está delaminando. O chuveiro tem um degrau muito alto pra entrar, o que dificulta o acesso para idosos ou deficientes e o chão é bastante escorregadio. A água não corre muito e a temperatura pode variar repentinamente. Por ser um 3 estrelas do grupo accor, não se enquadra no padrão dessa categoria de hotel. Pelo mesmo valor de diaria (em torno de 100 euros com café da manhã) ficamos hospedados num 4 estrelas da rede Vincci em Lisboa. As prestações nem se comparam. O hotel precisaria passar por uma boa reforma para se encaixar melhor no padrão 3 estrelas."
