"Great location, clean, and nicely decorated. Directly across from Bradenton Beach. Bed were comfortable. No sheets or blanket available for pull out couch. Only 4 beach towel but, unit accommodates 6 people. Otherwise amazing stay."

"My friend Ann and I stayed June 13-18 for a girls trip. Everything exceeded our expectations starting as soon as we arrived. The location of this unit is perfect!! John is an amazing host, very responsive and cares a lot about making sure his guest enjoy their stay. The Star ratings should go higher than five since we think John is off the charts! Absolutely highly recommend staying here or any other property John may have listed on VRBO. We had the best time ever !!! Thank you, Kristy & Ann."

"The location of this place is amazing—steps from the pool and the gulf. The beach is gorgeous and having chairs provided is such a nice plus. The condo itself is perfectly adequate, though not fancy. It was clean, though could use a decorating refresh. If you are super sensitive to noises, you may want to look elsewhere as the walls seem pretty thin (eg hearing footsteps from upstairs early in the morning). Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again/recommend to friends."

"This place was located closed to both the beach, and St. Armand’s Circle with its many shops and restaurants. The trolley nearby was also convenient for trips downtown. Jan’s place was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We would love to return someday!"

"We were in town for a family celebration -mom, dad, adult son & DIL The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Kitchen had basic amenities and nice appliances. It was too hot to enjoy the screen porch and we never made it to the pool. 😞 Easy check in/out. I would consider staying again."

"Property was exactly as described! Very clean, a short walk to the beach, plenty of hot water, decently comfortable beds. Had just about everything you need - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. The only negative is the couch isn’t very comfortable. Everything else was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. "

"This is our second time renting this unit. The property as a whole is ideal! The location is off the main road l, so low traffic and pretty quiet at night. The walk to the beach is quick and convenient and the pool is absolutely perfect. The shuffle board court was fun to play on between beach trips! The unit is also perfect for two vacationers. We love the ability to make our own meals and come back to the comforts of a cool place after a hot beach day."
