"Hurricane Helene came before we did, so we are glad we stayed above carport. The AC was wonderful due to high humidity but they need to also run a dehumidifier in the apartment because all our clothes smelled musty. Kitchen was nice to have. Bed was fine. Shower was strong and clean. Extra blankets could have been cleaner. "

"Esta é a quarta vez que me hospedo no Shorewalk e a qualidade das instalações e facilidades continuam perfeitas, principalmente para famílias. Fácil acesso às praias para quem está de carro. Ótima opções de compras próximo como supermercados e outlets. "

"The owner sent clear communications regarding the property prior to my trip. The studio was clean and ready when I arrived. I couldn't have asked for a better location. This studio was literally only a minute or 2 from restaurants. The beach was super close as well. I will definitely stay again!"

"I love that this property is right on the beach. We were there over Christmas. The property was not fully booked, so it was fairly quiet. The Gulf was too cold for us, but we enjoyed using the the provided lounge chairs to relax on the beach. Lots of shelling to do. Not a lot of people at this time. Pool was not a bad temperature and was clean. The property looks like an old motor lodge, but they have kept it nice. Our room did not have a lot of updates, but it was sufficient. A roll of paper...

"Great location to be able to walk to the beach and many restaurants. We did a long weekend stay and it was a nice couples getaway to be able to see the sunset each day and enjoy the night life. Parking is very limited but we expected that and planned accordingly. Was able to message the property owner for a couple questions and got quick response. "

We did have issues with not being able to get local TV channels, only Amazon Prime shows & movies available Cabinets had all the necessities in bathroom & kitchen and even a couple extras. Outdated hotel in an amazing location

"Would be an excellent choice if it wasn't so so outdated. The location is awesome, the beach amazing. The bar and patio area are much nicer than the rest of the hotel. The rooms have nice beds, good shower and pillows and lining. But the overall look of the decoration, walls etc bring you back to the 80's.....the layout is from a roadside motel, with outside corridors and the only window that one on the side of the entrance door. Front desk is also very old and outdated. Hopefully some fund will agree to invest a few hundred million dollars on a revamp of the property and bring it back to full glory Also please be aware of the quite high resort daily fee."
