"Sergio and Flavia were great hosts. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location was amazing with the perfect balance of quiet and convenient. All the tourist areas were a maximum 10-15 minutes but many were closer. We enjoyed the terrace and the awesome view every morning and evening. This is an A++ Venice apartment. "

"The house is so beautiful and in the most amazing location. You’re close to everything but still tucked away in this little charming square away from the hustle. Our kids could run around in the square, we listened to beautiful music playing outside while we sat on our private balcony. Communication with property manager was poor partly because VRBO messaging was not functioning and property manager was not consistently responding to email with complete decisions. Mosquitoes are a problem in this property. After arriving and finding windows opened by maid, we closed windows and used air conditioner. Yet, despite killing all mosquitoes that day, there were more to greet us each night after touring. Property manager and maid had been in the property...

"Eliana is great to work with, our flight was delayed 5 hours and she had someone there late to check us into the property. The place is very nice and clean. It is one block from the tram stop to get in and out of Venice, it couldn’t be easier. This is a great place and I highly recommend it."
