"For the third year in a row we enjoyed our family time in this beautiful and spacious home. The pool and hot tub are always a big hit. We rented a kayak one day which was fun. Due to some downpours of rain before and during our stay, the ground was a bit soggier than previous years where our grandkids liked to explore along the river. "

"The place was nice and neat with all modern finishes. The two bedrooms had nice large beds with tvs and the kitchen was nice and new. The owner lives upstairs and lives there so being aware of the living situation is important but if you’re looking for a great view, location and place to stay that’s quiet and well appointed, this is it!"

"We came there for a mini getaway. I'll start by saying, ABSOLUTELY SERENE! We were immediately greeted by Zeke and Mickey (the farm cats). The cabin was cozy, quiet and perfect! The goats were such a highlight! Little B was my wife's favorite! We highly recommend this hidden gem! We're already trying to figure out when we can go back but with the kids this time. "Cute property with easy access to our Conestoga wagon. We stayed for two days and loved it. Horse drawn buggies going by all day, nice little creek right next to the wagon. Very peaceful. Kathryn was very accomodating and promptly responded to my emails. We have twin 13 year old boys who are more like high school size and they enjoyed the bunk bed. We would definitely stay again."

"The Cottage and surrounding grounds were just as described in the listing. Great location, easy access to almost anywhere. Cottage is quaint & charming; has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Cottage was clean & pristine! Layout is perfect for smaller families or friends vacationing together. The saltwater pool, with pool toys/floats and towels, was absolutely perfect! It was too hot for the hot tub or sauna but they were inviting too. The host was readily available and accommodating....
