"My friends and I fell in love with this sweet cabin, the town of Pepin and the nearby towns up and down the river. The location of this space is excellent. Walkable to a couple of great restaurants (Harbor View Cafe! What a gem!) and the marina. The balcony had great views of the river, even with the boats up for the winter, and great sunset views. The train is a frequent passerby, but the white noise machines in each bedroom made it a nonissue. I will definitely be back! "

"Open and spacious. Just what we needed to prepare wedding flowers, food, etc. peaceful and nice outdoor setting. would have loved to have enjoyed that but time didn’t allow. Later checkout was helpful after three days of wedding prep and celebration. Very appreciative!"

"Very cute. Might be helpful to stress that there is no oven or stovetop (I know the description said kitchenette), but a reminder might help. Also, a note that the apartment is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, which would be important know if someone has a disability. Four adults is stretching it for comfort, but doable. We really did enjoy our friends Christmas!"

"House was great. Clean, comfy beds, nicely decorated. Nice big deck, chairs for all and walking distance to Homemade Cafe which had great breakfast and service! We had a good time in Pepin and enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend this property. "

"We had a girls weekend which was wonderful. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Never did use the hot tub but we did use the fireplace each night, which was wonderful! The house is in a great location however beware of the train that is right across the street. It does go by at times quite often but we made most of it :)"

The coffee bar and drawer was a real treat. We also really enjoyed the outdoor firepit complete with s'more fixings. "It was a very unique place. It was off season for Pepin but it was very relaxing and fun. There are trains but we kinda enjoyed the rumble! Towns close by were very fun also. We did walk around town and enjoyed a couple places to eat. "

"Nice get away from the city. - Good size lot for kids to play; we played a lot football - Great size fire pit to enjoy - Great size dining table to enjoy meals and play board games - It will be helpful to inform guest no basic condomens not available - salt pepper, oil etc. Will be good to know to bring with - Wish utensils were of better quality, additional quantity and better organized - Train noise was communicated can be very loud at times and every 20 mins or so - Sulphur smell in the...

"Absolutely beautiful updated home with plenty of room, and approximately 6 blocks from the marina. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable , and each bedroom had TVs in them . One bedroom had a floor fan which was a bonus for me since I always pack my fan. There is plenty of parking . This home was perfect for our cousins weekend! Will definitely rent again in the summer if available. "
