With its 60 m2, this apartment with modern materials and refined decoration, will offer you space and brightness. The living rooms, open and comfortable, are highly equipped. The equipped kitchen and the living room open onto a terrace which promises farniente and relaxation on a blue horizon with the sound of the waves. Its night space on the ground floor offers a master suite, a bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds of 90 cm). A sofa bed (sleeps 2) in the living room will be appreciated to increase the number of beds.

The parking and the garden will be shared with a second dwelling for 8/10 persons that you can also rent. No nuisance between the 2 accommodations.
