"We wanted somewhere quiet, secluded and far away from reality, this hit the spot perfectly! We weren't far from Llanberis where we had some great food and went on a beautiful walk to the castle. The cottage was well equipped and gave us the chance to feel properly nestled in the mountain. We used our time their to celebrate my partners birthday, and begin art projects we've been preparing for. We met a couple of others in Fachwen and they were so lovely and helpful! "Wirklich abgeschiedenes Ferienhaus mit abenteuerlicher Zufahrt, wer absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage zu den verschiedesten Bergtouren ist ideal. Die Warmwasserversorgung durch den Ofen dauert seine Zeit, haben öfter den Heater benutzt, also kein Problem. Richard ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns zu allen Fragen und Problemen sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, vielen Dank, auch für die schönen 2 Wochen im wunderschönen Wales"

"Very good location. Nice views over the water, walks round the town and harbour, and easy for scenic drives round the Llyn peninsular. Clean and well appointed house, and the hosts could not have done any more to make the stay more enjoyable. "

"My family and I have stayed in this beautiful comfy house in the summer months and twice at Christmas. It is just perfect and suits all our family needs such as the open plan kitchen/ tv area or separate front living room with tv. It is also well heated during those cold spells. We love staying in Abersoch and this home holds lots of special memories. Thank you"

"The house was a great space in a great location. 5 minute walk to town and beach, lots of parking at the house. Lovely downstairs area and bedrooms were very spacious with comfy beds. The house generally had everything you could ask for but there were a few things we ran out of that could do with looking at - we had minimal toilet paper and bin bags so had to go out and buy more and we had no hand towels in any bathrooms but we made do as drying towels are provided, we also couldn’t get the iron...

The kitchen had everything needed and we were able to rustle up some home cooked meals on the rare days we did not visit the excellent restaurants in Criccieth. The location really is perfect, with so much in the immediate area to do, just allow a little more time to do journeys to account for the slower average traffic speeds on the roads :) it was great having the owner near by, and she was able to help with...

"A great hotel with an excellent breakfast, it's the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the mountains/nature in the area. The bar and restaurant below are great as well especially in winter. The room was very clean, quiet and well stocked. Great staff too, would definitely book this hotel again next time we visit the area. "
