Beautiful suite, lovely location
You'll feel like you're in the countryside but this property is only a few minutes from downtown. The suite was lovely. It has everything you would need in the kitchen and incredibly comfortable. The owner was a great communicator. We felt terrible that we had to ask some questions on a Friday night and they still responded promptly and were very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

An updated and immaculate condition basement suite in a quiet neighbourhood. A very good spot as a base for wine touring. Short drive from all the amenities in Penticton. Small quirks like an induction hotplate instead of an oven, but overall well setup.

The only downfall was she didn’t have cable. She had a fire stick so you prime crave but no cable to watch a football game baseball game and I was the only downfall she needs to get cable.

Great Value, A Real Gem
This property is exactly as shown. Very clean, well stocked and the surprise was just how close it was to everything Penticton has to offer. The access to the lake, Event Centre and downtown is very easy. There's a shopping center 2 minutes from the property that has all you need as well. The host communicates well and the location is quiet and picturesque. There's a very nice outside area where you can sit and relax or have coffee or a meal. Internet was good and the TV had Netflix and Prime loaded which we used and enjoyed. We'll definitely be back on our next winery tour vacation.

The suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the proximity to the KVR and we took the 15 minute walk down to the beach. It was all very nice.

Lovely getaway
This was the perfect little getaway spot for our family vacation to Penticton this summer. The location was great, 5min drive down the hill to the beach and amenities. Steps from walking/biking trails. Ultra quiet neighborhood. Peaceful garden overlooking grasslands and a lovely outdoor seating/dining area. The suite had everything we needed for two adults and two small kids and was more spacious than we expected with nicely done renovations. The suite was nice and cool, even during 35 degree weather. We can’t wait to come back to this little gem again next summer.

Great place for a getaway! The place was clean and beautifully decorated. Well located and close to all amenities. KVR Trail was steps away. Communication with hostess was timely and she was a pleasure to deal with.

We were so pleased with our accomadations. We were in Penticton for our Grandkids hockey playoffs. The travel time to the rink was about 7 minutes. So convenient. The suite was spotless and well equiped with everything that we needed. Galina was a wonderful host!

Gorgeous neighborhood!
Loved the feeling of coming "home" to our own suite in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood with a nature trail close by for evening walks. Appreciated having everything we needed to make meals including toaster oven, stovetop, microwave, BBQ; they really thought of everything. The air conditioning was fantastic especially because the temp was in the 30's outside. Would recommend!!

Really beautiful place, and well equipped. I was worried about the heat but the place is extremely cool in summer. It was perfect. The use of the yard for BBQ, playing and lounging was great out needs were met and the place was great! Plus shower and bed are next level awesome! excellent

We would definitely recommend staying here. The king size bed was really comfortable, the decor was lovely,modern,clean, and spacious. It is just a short drive to the beach and restaurants.

Bed Springs are Shot - Slope to the Middle with No Support
The inside was very clean. The entrance down the stairs and the patio furniture were neglected and dirty. this is a basement apartment and there were only 2 very small windows, that my not have been large enough to allow someone to escape through, should there be a fire (not sure if this is legal as a rental). The bed was king size and offered no support, as it sloped to the middle. A comfortable bed is probably the most important feature of any accommodations. I woke up both mornings with a sore back, because of the mattress. We paid a big price for 2 nights, and would have expected better. Unless the owners replace the bed with a new one and clean up, at least the entrance, I would NOT recommend this property, and the price range it's in.
