Pensacola Beach and nearby Pensacola has so much to offer. There are great local restaurants and a quaint downtown that is always full of activity. There are also many historical sites nearby. If you need an easy way to explore, the Pensacola Beach Trolley offers free rides from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

Great Family Beach Vacation
We loved this corner property! We had the best views of the gulf and bay. Minutes walk to the beach and to our favorite restaurant…. Peg Leg Pete’s. Condo was equipped with everything you needed to cook and serve with. I don’t think the add said w/d and what a surprise it was when I got there and I opened a closet and to my surprise a w/d. plenty room for our family beach vacation! The decor was beautiful! We will rent here again!

Condo was immaculate. Beautifully decorated. Views throughout the condo were gorgeous, with water on 3 sides. We were able to watch Blue Angels practice from afar on the back balcony. Roomy and airy, this condo has so much natural light. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was fantastic, no one waiting for the others when coming back from the beach. Adequately stocked kitchen. I was concerned initially about being across the street from the beach, but it was no problem at all for us. That included taking 5 chairs and a canopy across to the beach as well as our 8 yr old son. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our vacation.

Perfect getaway
We came in from Ohio and other family members from Georgia. We had an very relaxing weekend. Loved the fact the beach and Peg Leg Pete’s were so close. The balcony is where we spent mornings and evenings.

The process was very easy. The views and locations were amazing. Had plenty of room for the whole family. It was clean and very nice. Will definitely will be booking again. Weather was perfect. Stayed from Sept 10th thru the 15th.

Paradise found!
Beautifully furnished unit (as pictured) with amazing views of both Gulf and sound. Perfect pool and a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Unit was quiet and other residents were friendly. 10/10 will stay again!

Our family had a great experience with this condo at the Emerald Dolphin. The condo is listed with VRBO but it’s actually with Southern Vacation rentals. Southern Vacation rental was absolutely the best experience ever. Southern was very informative leading up to our trip with useful information. The condo was exactly as depicted in the photos. The condo was cleaned perfectly when we arrived. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We will definitely return to this condo.

This property is sooo spacious. It was clean and open. Giant sliding doors that fully open to let in the breeze off the gulf! We loved this space and the views from the 16th floor were amazing. Can’t wait to book again. Our new fave for P-cola beach!

Perfect in so many ways
We loved the amazing views and large balcony and being able to open up doors to have a fantastic breeze throughout. The spacing of bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect. Everyone could shower without disturbing the others. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Loved everything about it!

Our trip was short (3 nights), but certainly worth it. Condo was perfect. Nice quiet building. The views are amazing. Our kids had a blast. Couldn't ask for more.

Super stay
We all had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone (7 adults and 1 infant). The place has a super view in all directions. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cups, and plates, as well as pots and pans for cooking and baking. Just a note, bring your own beach towels and anything you need for the kitchen, there wasn’t even salt and pepper. Also, there were no tub stoppers for any of the 3 tubs. We would book here again!

Weather was horrible but we stayed in, used the gym, played games, watched movies and enjoyed the beautiful view. Would stay here again. It was perfect for my husband and myself and our two picky teens. Great floor plan.

Amazing! Even better than it looks!
This condo was so spacious and absolutely breathtaking views. We had everything we needed and it was so comfortable to be in. We will stay here every opportunity we get! The three rooms were plenty big, neds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The building itself is accessible, no parking issues, close to amazing food. We went out we also door dashed and used instacart with no problems. We also cooked some and had what we needed. The rental company was great. The right about or welcoming communication but not intrusive. Fabulous, sad to have to go home.
