We ask the person booking the reservation to be the only one communicating . No visitors to house please.
***Absolutely no RV's or Mobile Homes. The Island rules are VERY stringent and you will be responsible for any repercussions.***

Relax and enjoy our 5 star rated property on Pensacola Beach. We are very attentive hosts and invite you to visit our 2 bedroom property.
Open floor plan villa type property featuring outdoor front and back decks. New furniture. 1 KING sized bed with new deluxe mattress in master bedroom, Queen mattress in bedroom 2,new seally mattress on queen sofa sleeper in the living room. . Quality linens , comforters and extra pillows. 1100 living space square feet, totally space of home 2400 sq ft including decks and garage.
Full spacious fully functional kitchen and nice utensils.
3 flat Screen tvs , 1 in each bedroom and 1 main smart tv with access for Netflix and other streaming channels.
Nice deck on the front and the back of the property with outdoor sofa and chairs under the back canopy. Sun lounge chairs avaliable on the deck.
Garage fits one vehicle comfortably and securely with locking entrance and electric garage door.
Very easy walk to the beautiful white sand beach with access on both sides of home.
House has total room darkener shades for your convenience or open and let the sun shine in.

Non smoking house with no pets, so very clean sanitary home.
Low sound Central A/C and Heat
Brand new natural gas stove and oven.
3 pm check in and 10 am check out time and house will be ready to go. Late fee for late check out will be applied unless approved in advance by owners, flexiblily depending on our schedule.

Beautiful little Haven
This is an amazing little place to stay. It has everything you would need for your vacation. Including a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was so awesome that they even had cast iron pans for cooking! There are many more things to this place, not to mention it was just a hop skip and jump to the beach(that is not very crowded on this end). Loved this home away from home and hope to stay again.

Great stay! We would book again.
Our first time to the Pensacola area. The beautiful beach was only a short walk away from the house & there were many restaurants/bars just down the road. Checkin was very easy. Brad communicated promptly & he was very polite & helpful. The house was clean & it had everything we needed!

No need to look further, so book this house!
I looked on-line for a long time to find a home that checks all of the boxes. Look no further as this is the house for you, especially if you are a couple or have a family of four. Clean house, perfect size for up to four guests (home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths), outstanding beach access, and good price. There were no issues with easy key access. Nice beach trip and low stress trip is exactly what we needed. Will return.

Wonderful beach trip
I loved this house. Clean and comfortable house providing everything to make the trip wonderful. Host was very helpful and gave great recommendations on nearby restaurants and several places to hear live music. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

This vacation home had everything we needed. The wagon and beach gear was an awesome plus. The house was clean. Beach access is literally around the corner. The owner was very helpful, from checking in to make sure we had everything we needed to suggestions on food and activities. Overall, the stay was perfect!

Awesome convenient and clean beach house
This is a very nice, clean, and quiet property in a great location. It is so conveniently located 1 block from the beach with easy beach access. My family have stayed in this house several times and it has always been a great stay. The home is perfect for my family of four. I like the fact that it has a full-size washer and dryer, well-supplied kitchen, nice linens, outdoor shower with hot water, large enclosed garage, covered back deck facing the gulf, and even a beach wagon with an umbrella and chairs. This is definitely our go-to beach house when we visit Pensacola Beach.

We are repeat visitors to this property. We had an amazing time. The house is just a short walk to the beach. Brad is probably the most helpful property owner we’ve encountered in all of our VRBO stays. He goes out of his way to make sure that you have everything you need. We hope to stay again soon.

Quick trip to the beach staying in a cozy home
Recently stayed for the second time at this cute beach house. The home is clean and comfortable and has all of the needed supplies including plenty of kitchen houseware. Plus, ideal location to the beach with perfect beach access. This has become my place to stay when visiting Pensacola beach.

We loved staying a week at this cozy beach house, it is the perfect size for a couple or small family. The beach is just a short walk away, and restaurants and shops are just a short bike ride away. No need to bring anything but your clothes, bikinis, and food to this house! I packed entirely too much and did not need to bring things like detergent, shampoo, beach towels, chairs, and extra toilet paper. Everything you use at home is already provided for you at this beach house. It is an older home in a quiet neighborhood, but super clean and tidy. Brad was quick to answer emails and very helpful with recommendations for the area. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again.

Brad is a great host and almost immediately answers any questions, the place has a cool beach cart for supplies and an outdoor shower and is a very short walk to the beach, this is the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it

This is our third year to rent this house. We love the location and the house is so well stocked. Plus the owner is so prompt to answer your email with any concern. We will be back next May!

Perfect beach house!
This beach house was the perfect needed vacation for my family. The accommodations were terrific and had everything provided. Extremely clean with very cute décor. In fact, the bedrooms and hallways appeared recently painted and the carpet looked brand new in the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Such a nice home to relax and make you feel at home. There is an enclosed shaded balcony sitting area. And a sunny outdoor balcony area to enjoy the sunshine with lounge chairs. Plenty of space and time for meditation. Nice touch! It was great being so close to the beach one block away with easy access to get onto the beach. Some properties do not have such great access, but this one does. The owners provided a wagon to carry our supplies to the beach. And the heated outdoor shower was a nice touch to get the sand off our legs and feet from returning after spending some time at the beach. I also loved having a garage to privately park my car inside and out of the sun. This home is located in a very quiet beach neighborhood, but close enough to the action of restaurants, bars, and shopping on the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. So much fun and things to do and enjoy. Will return to this property the next time we visit Pensacola beach. Must stay here!
