"We loved the location. Saturday we did the Grand canyon of PA overlooks and some hiking, finished with Dinner at the restaurant right across the road. Sunday we went to the Corning glass Museum and the Lumber Museum and finished the day with the Tig Burger wow . We hope to come back in October maybe next time to see the leaves in full color and enjoy the screened in porch above the creek. "

"Had a fantastic week at the lodge with our adult children and preschool grandchildren. The kids LOVED running everywhere ! Even had fantastic whole family hide and seek. Explored some local sites, but also just enjoyed the property. The ac units upstairs were so welcome. It got a bit uncomfortable heatwise inside, but overall it cooled down enough for sleeping. "Overall, the cabin is what we expected. The interior was very clean and had more than we needed. What we didn't expect we the rear deck being full of leaves and the outdoor furniture there was mossy - obviously not used by earlier guests. the HVAC system was very noisy. "We really enjoyed our stay on Main St. Marlene was a great host! We were very close to the charming town of Wellsboro. We spent the afternoon exploring the shops ate at the Roost and took in a movie at the Arcadia Theatre. Also, got to hike at the Pa Grand Canyon. The home had everything we needed. The only exception was that you have to bring your own supplies such as towels and sheets. "

"This property is clean and well appointed, pictures are accurate and up to date. Check in and check out are self serve, easy, and convenient. We used this property as a jumping off point to explore the trails of the Susquehannock state forest and were not at all disappointed. We first got to our unit at night and it was a bit hard to find the right one as most of the units numbers were not lit up and there was a bush in front of ours.
