The Conciergerie Premium Rémi Griffoul presents "La Maison Josélise", to accommodate up to 10 people!

Pretty house 4* of 190 m² and its beautiful garden, located in the small village of Pennedepie, on the Côte Fleurie halfway between Honfleur (6 km) and Deauville (10 km). It is an ideal compromise to enjoy a relaxing stay in the countryside between the countryside and the beach.
The magnificent vegetation, the flow of the stream, the laughter of the children and the sharing of good times are the spirit of this pleasant property.

Tastefully renovated in 2021 and bathed in light, it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a pretty fitted kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, oven and microwave), a dining and living room with TV.

In the morning, enjoy Normandy tourism, Deauville architecture, shops and markets around the famous port of Honfleur.
While waiting for lunch prepared in the beautiful and spacious kitchen, play pétanque or table tennis, in the middle of the beautiful north-facing garden.
During the day, you will be at the beach in 10 minutes on foot!
Then relax on the fully fenced terrace, facing south for beautiful evenings of sharing between laughter, barbecue, swing & games.

Good to know: The property is located 16 meters from the road. Therefore, even if the house is fully equipped with double glazing, the passage of cars can be heard during the day from the garden.
Be careful of passing cars when leaving the private road.

Fiber was installed in December 2023, very good wifi connection now.

Layout of outdoor spaces:
~ A fully enclosed and secure garden for children and animals with a lovely terrace with furniture and a barbecue, facing south.
~ An enclosed garden and its pleasant stream with a pétanque court and a ping-pong table.

Make the most of your stay with the children, everything is already on site at your disposal:
Changing mat, travel cot, high chair, swing, children's games and safety barriers.

For even more comfort: Internet included, a teleworking area with desk and printer, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer and iron, a large private car park in the courtyard.

Animals are admitted.

We take care of everything ! Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, shampoo and shower gel available, consumables and basic groceries to start your stay (tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, paper towel, paper toilet, sponge, garbage bag) and end of stay cleaning included.
Tourist information, good addresses and advice will be shared with you on your arrival.
